Rang once and phone dead received 6.95 charge on my Verizon Bill.

I have received 2 different calls, both rang once, hung up and no vm. The phone numbers were different in the last 2 digits, both from Grenada. Tmobile.

Called at 2:00 am. Was sleeping. Called back and some retro club music started playing saying wait foe the operator

Missed call at 7:44pm EST.  No voice mail.

got calls from this number atleast 5 times today.dont know what to do

this no. has called 5 times since morning i didnt pick up sounds very fishy

Don't know how many times it rang because my phone was In do not disturb (iPhone users know what I mean) they called me at 10:01 PM mountain standerd time and Diane leave a voicemail. From the posts on this page it says DON'T call back so I decided not to call back. I think it's a scam to get a long distance bill.

Rang once at 8:45pm EST last night and hung up. No VM.

No message, caller and number unknown.

You are lucky then. If the call had gone through you would have had a nasty surprise on your phone bill.  You were calling the island country of Grenada and would have been hit with International Long Distance charges.  And if what others report happened and you ended up on hold waiting for an operator, the bill would have been very large indeed.  It would not surprise me if the caller somehow gets a portion of the fees collected and the calls are just a ploy to get you to call back and run up huge charges on your phone bill that they profit from.

This is absolutely fascinating, if not utterly bizzare. You guys are matching up signals intelligence to play this game. It freaked out my buddies. But, they got put in their place after I explained it to them. Don't worry, I know this can be deleted. I know you know who I am.
