Well I got a call from that number and I received an email at the same time. I have recently been playing this game or content content at called Prize Wheel I listed my email and cell number I believe that's what this number is if you have also played Prize Wheel . I won a prize therefore theycalled but also emailed me. So maybe y'all won something but now you can get it now.

just got one on my cell - 12:13am, rang once, hung up, Grenada on caller ID

I was just called from this 14735209798. The phone rang just two and then hang up. I looked on the internet and came to this page.

same with me. rang twice no message. caller id says Grenada

I also thought this was related to the Target breach.  I cannot say that it is not, but I am more convinced that is a separate scam.   I am getting calls from multiple types of numbers starting with 473, 371, 232, etc.  
My theory is that they only let it ring once, because you could dispute the charges if you answered.  So they want you to call back and possibly charge 100 times the international rate by the second and since you called and stayed on hold for a while, it is more difficult to dispute you didn't make the call.  

These calls are formatted with a "+" in front of the numbers, so I use the native phone app on my Android to block anything starting with "+".  Now I see them (lots of them) in my phone logs, but they don't ring anymore. If your phone cannot use a pattern match to block numbers, then get an app that will.  I think this is just the beginning of an ugly trend. As long as people keep calling back and getting stuck with the bill, these will only get more popular among scammers.

they are using multiple #s now 473-520-9798 ,9761,and 9711 ...how many of you shopped at target in the past 3 weeks ?  

Does anyone have their number blocked on the donotcall registry? Could we do a complaint through them?  I have never done one, so I don't know if you need the company name or just the number.

it says Grenada, but country code +47 is Norway

Have received calls (one ring and then hang up) from this number, as well as various iterations of it. Can anyone tell me how to get this to stop!

Real annoying. Keep calling and hanging up after 1 ring. I'm not calling back but it's getting annoying

This number keeps calling me. They don't leave a message. I have no clue who it is but would like to find out. There calling me in the middle of the night also.

This number has called me 2 times today once at 345 pm and again at 205am only ringing twice and no voicemail

I got a  9:29 pm pacific time. My phone service is Sprint maybe they're trying to get customers to make international calls? I did call back, but it didn't go through, a message from sprint said I can't make international calls. So that's one of the theories....or if anyone has entered any contests online. I also entered my phone number onto USPS to change my address online. I also live in California. Hopefully this doesn't effect anyone's Christmas with possible charges on phone bills.

I get calls from this number too. Not every day, but a couple times a week. The caller hangs up after 1 ring.

I received a call from this number at 2:30 EST. I have read some of the previous comments on here and i was wondering if there's anything you can do from stopping these calls. I know i could just block the number but I am extremely curious to see what all this is about.

Got a hang-up call from this number at 2:30 AM!!!! Seriously annoyed.

Having children out of state and traveling abroad, i got nervous when i saw that i got a call from this unknown number at 2:10 am. I called it back at 6:55 am when I saw that i got a missed call but i got a recording, "wait for an operator. I hung up after 43 seconds.

Received a call this morning from this number on one of our cell phones at 4:02am EST (I didn't answer it and no message was left), then received another call on our other cell phone at 5:00am EST and noticed is was the same number and didn't answer it and they left no message.  How in the heck do these people get these numbers?  I don't know the demographic of the others who have reported against this number here but we are of retirement age and have gotten calls in the past from odd numbers stating "your grandchild is stranded and needs money wired to them" and then they request money.  Scary world out there.  If we don't know the number we just don't answer it anymore.  Scammers everywhere.

I received a call from this number on a cell phone that is only used for app testing purposes, so it never receives incoming calls, and the phone number hasn't been given to anyone. In other words, it was definitely not a legitimate phone call. The call hung up after one ring.

Same thing on my cell. Phone rang once. Said Grenada on caller id.
