ok, I don't know if it's the same company since I delete the texts (I'll be keeping them from now on for comparison), but it's definitely a similar format from memory.

I get a text from this company about once a month or so ever since I bought my home. I reply with 'stop' each time but they keep coming...
I believe Level 3 is a telecom backhaul company (www.level3.com), so I doubt it's them texting me. I'd be willing to bet L3 is just this company's Internet Provider.
