This person posted an ad on Criagslist for a house that she owns and is renting out for $800mo, no lease, no credit check, etc. in Orlando FL.

She first responded, via email. Said that her name is, Sharon Taylor, and then asked me to contact her, via text, to 478-273-0097. When I requested a walk through.  She told me that I could only go to the property and look at the house from the exterior and then contact her once I'm done viewing the property.  Her reason for not being able to show the house in person is because she is in Marietta City, GA for treatment due to an accident some weeks ago.  How do people like this sleep at night?  I hope this post is helpful...have a blessed day!

The number 478-273-0097 comes from a phone in the US Warner Robins, Georgia. Zip code 31098. Phone carrier is Bandwidth.com, so must be through the computer. The person has many aliases and scams from buying an item on Craig's list, posing as single pregnant mom or posting employment for people. This person sends a check which may look real but it's not. They've stolen the identity of businesses. The bank on the check is a real bank and the company who's supposedly writing the check is real. Common sense, if a person is purchasing an item, they don't pay with a corporate check. This person tells you to deposit or cash it then wire the rest of the money. If you call this number, it goes to a victim's phone as a collect call. Aliases are;Shu Porter, Mrs. Denis Williams, Dennis Taylor, Sharon Taylor and Charlotte Ellis. I'm sure there are more. Keep all emails, checks, texts and whatever evidence. Report to FBI. They now have threatened people. Has multiple emails.

this caller claim his name is dennis taylor and he needs someone to babysit his children. He said he got my name from a craiglist add. He wants me to deposit his check he sent via fedex into my account and with draw 2,0500.00 from my account and send him a money order to his firm. Do you think that I was born with dumb written on my face. Nottttt! by the way, his children are Jessica and leo haaaaaa.

I have been receiving texts from someone by the name of Charlotte Elllis from this number claiming that her company has sent me funds for some sort of mystery shop where I deposit funds, then send a western union minus $300.  She wants to know if I have done this yet and got nasty when I told her that I hadn't and it sounded like a scam.  I asked her to call me and now she won't reply.

Anyone who calls this number is automatically forwarded to my cell phone as a collect call, my area code is 402
