I TOO RECEIVED A BILL FOR$ 3.99.I WILL CALL BELL CANADA.

I received this number on my phone bill and I never made this call. Please tell me what it is? It says Location Called is, Eastman which I have no clue where they are and why this call was put on my phone bill. This is fraud and I will find out who is doing this.

This number has been charged to my phone bill fraudulently.

10 calls in the space of an hour   called Bell and one time cancellation for 45.00    .They said they didn't know what the number was for.  sounds fishy to me.

Yep. Same situation. Got a charge of 3.99 for a supposed call in may. I called the bell Canada fraud department and they said they don't handle that type of issue. Called customer support and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she would handle the charge and block the number.

this number appeared on my phone bill as well. Bell said they would remove but if the company disputed and said I had in fact called them, there would be an additional $30-40 charged by the company. ?????
What to do?

I called Bell and was initially transferred to the fastrack company with a voice mail account to which I did not leave a message.  I called Bell back and spoke with a different associate.  I was able to get the charge reversed on my next bill.  I then questioned about blocking this number and was told that I could block all " other carrier messages" but may be billed separately from this company if calls are made.  We will see what happens!

Why is this Fasttrackglobalcalls charging my 80 yr old mother for a collect call, long distance from the US, while she wasn't home, and has her own long distance plan??  She is with Rogers, and they supposedly know nothing of this company, but when I google fast track, Rogers is in like flint..who's scamming here!?!?!?

Got charged for accepting a collect call when I wasn't home.  I have NO reason to accept this call, know noone from this number or eastman, georgia, as showed on my bill.

This call was charged to my Bell Canada bill but I NEVER called it.  Many complaints on line about this number being charged but calls never made.  How is this possible???  Please stop this scam asap.

I was billed for two calls from 478 285 9725 in two minutes and charged 7.99$ No  idea who it is and calling the 1866 340 4990 you just got the message to leave your phone number so they will call you back and charge you again.

I received a bill through Bell from Fastrack Global Eastman from a number that we do not recognize. Who is this and how do we prevent this from happening?

Received 2 $3.99 on April bill from Bell. Shows we called Fastrack Global Eastman at the same number.  Was on the phone with Bell for over 20 minutes. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor.  They did not admit to knowing anything about the issue.  Told I must contact Fastrack directly.  Bell refuses to reverse the charges.  Not paying bill.  Everyone should go with a provider other than Bell if possible.

A call to this number was charged to my account. I called Bell and they removed the charge. They also told me to call if it ever appeared again.

I too was charged with $3.99 for a call of 2min. made to Georgia # 478-2852-9725. I did not make this call, and I certainly do not know anyone in Georgia. I called Bell Canada--I think they are responsible for checking into this--I was given a telephone # to call 1-866-340-4900 the operator in turn at this number gave me another number to call 101-457-87--that operator knew nothing about my problem.  I do hope I am not charge long distance in this case. This is ticking me right off.  I called Bell back, they like the other complaints are reversing the charge.  They gave me a # to call which is Anti-Fraud at 1-888-495-8501.  We pay enough for our phone bills without any added costs.

Charges appeared on my Bell Canada statement, indicating a call was made to this number
GA 478 285-9725 on Feb. 15, 2012; duration of call 16:37 mins.  I have no idea how these charges were generated, or who I was supposed to have spoken to. Bell Cda is reversing the charges to Fastrack Global Eastman. While it was not a lot of money ($3.99), if left unchecked, this could be a recurring problem. Check your phone bills. Someone is ripping us off.

I just spoke to bell Same thing  4 calls in a roll 3.99 They will reverse  BUT did not let on they knew anything  Just took my word  STRANGE   Why didnt they acknowledge working on it??????

Our Bell phone bill dated 3 March arrived on 14 Mar. One of the items billed was a long-distance call to 478-285-9725. We googled this number and it proved to be that of Fastrack Global Eastman.  The charge like all the others above was for $3.99.  Apparently this is a scam as no one in our household made this call to Georgia USA as we don't know anyone there.  It is very surprising that Bell (at least to our knowledge) has not taken any steps to stop these recurring calls made mostly to Bell Customers as evidenced from the foregoing complaints

Our problem was resolved when we called the Bell number on our Bell bill.  Our call was directed to an office in the Phillippines where a very kind man, Roland, agreed to reverse the charges on our next bill.

Just got our phone bill and this number shows at 3.99 a minute. Of course we NEVER called this number in Georgia.  Somebody called to offer this server  and we never gave our agreement, but we were billed.

I also have a billing charge from this number and have never called it. There are 5 calls within 14 min from my phone to this number...

We have the same trouble - it says that we dialed this number, but we did not.  If WE had dialed it, it would have used OUR long distance carrier.  Next stop - fraud department.
