I live in FL and got this on my cell phone.  I hate scammers and spammers calling my cell.  I see this came from Phoenix and, when I answered, they hung up.  Please people in Washington, make a law about this and shut these people down!

I just got a brand new cell phone and number. Only 3 people in the world konw this new number, but apparently these people do too!

Got a call to my cell from this number as well. Didn't answer. It's obviously getting phone numbers via randomly generating sequences of numbers and calling them.

Got a call from this number today, but I did not answer it.  They called at 10:45 central time.  They did not leave a message.

This number has called me repeatedly, theres an automated system that says its about my credit card, I do NOT have a credit card, so I hit 1 which is supposed to take me to a "customer rep" who asked for me name, I gave them my name said I do NOT have a credit card, and they promptly hung up on me, then shut the phone off. Now I've had a problem with some one accessing me webpages at the exact place that this number comes from. I think it's some kind of identy theft.

Picked up and heard "This is account holder services" they go on saying press 1 to talk to an agent who can lower the interest rate to 6% on my credit card.

Cause it's that easy right? They call me to help me out for once? In the whole history of credit companies? Don't fall for this.

Dunno - but this # came up on my cell phone yesterday afternoon (9/30, around 2:30 p.m. Central) Didn't recognize the area code so didn't answer. Looked up - area code is Phoenix - supposedly a cell phone #.

Sorry hun, but until the people who don't want these calls make bigger contributions to our election campaigns than the people who MAKE the calls do, don't expect any "help" from us.

Just got the call on Oct. 8, 2010 at 2:26pm.  Talking about lowering my interest rate to 6%. I dropped it off as I have never used this number anywhere yet.

I too got repeated calls from this number in the last few days, at the exact time as my husbands phone ringing too. Today was an exception, my phone rang...his did not. Tired of the harassment I answered and pressed one.(Googled the # yesterday so I knew what the call was about) so "tiffany" answered after the call transfer took a whole minute to ring through. I proceeded to tell her I don't have a credit card and.....some other things about where they obtained my shiny new cell phone # from. but alas she Hung up on me after I said "I don't....." nice scammers, not only are you annoying but now your rude too.

Got a call just now, I googled and found this site.....Hate this crap!

it is some company "wanting to lower interest rates on card holder services"
i answered because i have nothing better to do.  when i asked them to remove my name from their list, they hung up on me.
they also called on a Saturday around 2:30PM central time.

They called a 'minor's phone number and left voicemail..  Attempts to call back yielded a connection for 2 -3 seconds and then disconnected from their end.  This was some sort of a 'lower your credit' call message.   October 9, 2010 at 12:21pm

Caller left no message.  I never answer calls from unknown numbers, just wait for voicemail.  Not leaving vmail suggests they have no good intent in the first place

got a call from this number just now... I never answer unknown numbers and always google them after to see what the deal is - ie. if a know spammer, etc... sure enough, came across this thread... glad I don't answer those...

Five times this number has called my prepaid cell and left blank voicemails.  There is never an answer when I attempt to call back to ask just what the heck they want.  It's frustrating beacause with a prepaid cell they use your time whether or not you answer the phone.

Its someone with there own automated system that has an automated dialer... This isn't a telemarketing agency... I used to work at one If they were Legit they would have had to read you a paragraph saying sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah... we will put you on our do not call list... and its illegal if they call you again... if this was legit you wouldn't have been called a second time... some ppl don't have n e thing better to do than drive others crazy.

Received the call at 11:41am CDT.

Received a phone call from this # today at 11:37AM central time. A voice mail was left, but there was nothing there.

Called my cell phone today around noon. Didn't speak when I answered.

Got a call from this number claiming to be from account services. They asked if i was interested in lowering my interest rates to 6%.Then they proceeded to ask how much was my current credit card debt.when i answered the phone call was disconnected.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer. A blank voicemail was left. Looks like spam.

Yeah i got a call today at 9:07am and i called back, but the lane has been busy still.
