I too, have recieved calls from this number.  I can honestly say that they are a glass company as they have replaced several windshields for me over the past five years. Never have I had better service than with this Company. The people that have set up my appoinments have always been helpful and courteous.  I have used other glass shops at the urging of my agent with TERRIBLE results. So when ever I see they're calling and I need a windshield, I will gladly pick up the phone.

You know the best thing that you all could probably do and I did is to get your phone number changed.  I would rather have that done than having something worse happen.  What the heck Julie???

These people also work in Las Vegas.. they fixed a ding in my windshield fine and dandy years ago while I was waiting for a car wash. After tons of calls I finally answered and asked nicely to be removed from their list.. it worked for several months, but now I'm getting called again.

Just go to the National Do Not Call Registry site and file a complaint! If your number is set up (listed) in the Do Not Call Registry, then this dumb glass company's call to you is a violation and will be prosecuted (someday). If you never listed your number, then NOW is the time to do it!

I received two calls from this number over the past few days. I called them back and got an answering machine belonging to a glass company. I called back a few minutes later and got a very nice young woman, who explained they were following up on some glass work I had done on my car. I told them I wasn't interested and to take me off their call list, to which she happily replied she would and apologized for my inconvenience. After reading everyone else's experience with this number, I was bracing myself for a battle, but it all turned out well. We'll see if I get anymore calls from them.

I walked out to my car after work and found a post-it note on my driver's side window stating 'Please call Ken 480-609-7512'. After googling the number I found this link, then decided to call 'Ken'. The person who answered said "Glass Service Center", so I hung up. There is nothing wrong with any of my windows! I see they have made a previous post on here. I believe it's a very deceptive way of getting people to call them, because if you do not have caller ID block or if you use your cell phone,  then they will have your phone number and name and can then call and solicit any time. Plus the fact they can sell your info to anyone else they want to!

I am VERY selective about giving out my cell phone number, and it all began with this company. When I was brand new to the Phoenix area I couldn't find any drive-through car washed (they are rare here!) so I had to go to one of the many hand-wash places where the windshield-replacement-vultures hound you. This guy from IZON Autoglass, Inc. convinced me that I had chips on my windshield and that my insurance would replace it for free. So I stupidly agreed, which filed a claim on my insurance, and he repaired the invisible chips. That was fine- whatever, I get three windshield claims in AZ before it changes my insurance. But the problem with these people is that they had a customer service rep call me every 3 months "to check how I like my repaired windshield" for the next 3 years! No other companies have my cell phone number so these are the only junk calls I got, but they came like clockwork, no matter how many times I asked them to stop calling, put me on their DNC list, etc. The last 2 times I told them rep I needed to speak to their supervisor (nothing personal against them) to make sure I was removed since this had been going on so long. Finally after doing that a couple of times and making some threats about reporting them, etc. the calls have finally stopped.
FYI, according to the receipt I still have from that repair, their corporate office is at 8149 E. Evans, Suite 3 in Scottsdale, AZ 85260 and toll-free # is 877-744-3530. Fax is 480-905-9186 and tax ID# is 86-0907986. The date of my repair incident was 07/11/05.

every day they call x customers that have had a window replaced or a chip fixed, from a little 8 person room. They do not organize who they have already called at all so someone may get the same call 3 times. They have all  information if you worked with any glass company. They do change their name every few months. It is and isnt a scam. If they lie about your sandpitting or the date of loss or size of damage then yes it is ins. fraud. AND YES THEY DO TALK YOU INTO IT. THATS THEIR JOB. Most of them are 16 year old to 18 year old kids that are going no where in life.  If you truly have a crack then they are legit and will put the window in for you. They dont get paid until that window gets installed! They will be on time and do the job. THATS  HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY SO JULIE IS RIGHT. MOST PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE HORRIBLE DAMAGE AND JUST GET TALKED INTO IT. THATS INSURANCE FRAUD. If you had a chiped fixed at a gas station I wouldnt suggest that either.....

Dear Consumer and The Glass Service Center,

If you are a consumer be very careful using this company as the will cheat and scam you if you let them.

1) I asked them if they were installing an original windshield manufactured by the same company that was used by Dodge when it was new. They said yes. I let them install the windshield and did not watch the process. When I checked the new winshield was some off brand that gave me distorted views through it.
2) When the called they offered me a deal on some free Gas and Grocery coupons. To get these coupons they made you keep reciepts and send them in and would then send some for of payment once that waas done. I did this difficult job for several months to find out the program was cancelled. I complained and they sent CHUY's coupons. Then Chuy's quit taking the coupons and I complained again. After many calls I finally got them to send something else. It was a $25 certificate to Fundiningrewards.com which I have spent hours online just trying to get to work. Thsi cert has very little value to me.

Shame on you One Call or Glass service center or whatever name you want to use today. You decive your customers and then give them rewards that do not work or are of little value.

I would stay away from this company if at all possible.

One very unhappy customer,
Frank Widner

This number is an auto glass company. She said they serviced my car before and she had all the information about where I lived, my make & model, VIN, etc, so she's probably not lying.

I received a call from this number but when I answered the call they did not  say anything.  I checked to see if the call had disconnected...but it had not.  No one called back after I hung up, so I have no idea who this was and why they were calling.

I didn't answer the call. But had it listed on my missed calls on my cell. I google'd the number and was not surprised to see it was a telemarketing ploy. But what did surprise me is when i did a NPA NXX search on the area code and prefix and noticed it didn't belong to a telecommunications company. I did a little more looking into the block of number using these specific prefix and found that it is prepaid calling card and cell phone time.

I get calls all the time from this glass company as well (they just called me again and prompted me to look up the number since I didn't recognize it). I think they use cheap, thin glass. I've had to replace my windshield on my Ford Focus 4 times now (I've only owned the car 3 years) because the smallest piece of dust cracks it. They always happen to call right around the time I need it replaced (which funnily enough, I have a huge long crack in my windshield at the moment). Anyway, I contacted my insurance company to get a recommendation and will no longer go with anyone who's calling to "check up" on my glass "needs."

Received several calls from this number.  If I happen to answer, they claim to be an auto glass company - different company names each time.
Don't even know if we ever did use them in the first place.  They leave no message and if you call the number back - no answer.
