One year ago ,someone called and offered me an exciting business offer from Big Action Media/Midwest
Advertising. During the three days in which I could get my money back they continued to call and welcome, congratulate me and try to sell me other offers. After the three days I couldn't even get them on the line. All I get when I call is the same female voice stating they are busy with other clients and will call back, wishing me a blessed day. Of course they never call back.

Don't fall for this scam like I did. I lost some of my retirement money in this scam.

I was taken as a victim by EBN Marketing and there affiliates (Premier Web Marketing, My Choice Business Solutions, and Relief That Works.) They all worked together to rip me off for a grand total of $27,000. I explained to them I am a single mother and I was doing this for my childrens future (send them off to a great college ect) These rip off artist of course assured me I would be making plenty of money to pay for everything I wanted for my kids and more. Well a year later I was still in a crazy amount of credit card debt and never thought I would be able to get out of it. Well I contacted a company I found online called FIAD Services. I was so nervous to deal with anyone anymore but I had no other choice and couldn't let the above scam artist ruin my life any further. I signed a service agreement with FIAD Services and they went to bat for me immediately. I was so impressed by there professionalism and there patience with me. They even had references I could actually speak with and not just have to believe them online. Needless to say FIAD Services was 100% successful at getting my money back from EBN Marketing and all of there above affiliates! I couldn't believe it. I will forever be grateful to the folks at FIAD Services and all of there hard work and effort. It only took them 60 days to get my moneyh back and they told me it can take up to 90 days, so again fast as heck! If anyone else has been scammed by EBN Marketing, Premier Web Marketing, My Choice Business Solutions, or Relief That Works. Give FIAD a call or check them out online. I was scammed for $10,000.00 in 2010 by North America Marketing and Associates, LLC/TM Multimedia Marketing, LLC with TM Multimedia Marketing being the advertising arm for North America Marketing. Through research online I found two ladies who had been scammed by World Wide Marketing and Associates, LLC/National Opportunities, LLC.  These companies were identical in every way.  Their website template were different but they were the same otherwise word for word. One of these ladies is from Texas, one from Cananda, and I am from New York State.  We worked together for about six months putting together a report, - that tied these four companies to numerous others including the ones you speak of, - to send to the appropriate agencies as you had mentioned. None of the agencies that we as consumers are told to send complaints to were of any help. The common story is that they do not have the resources to check out every complaint but if they receive a LOT (who knows what that means) of complaints against a company then they will look into it.  I sent in a three ring binder full of documentation that showed that these companies/scammers have been doing this for years and that no doubt thousand of innocent people have lost thousands and thousands of dollars over the years.  But the trouble is not everyone comes forward so they don't get their "LOT" of complaints and the scammers just keep cruising right along scamming more and more people.
The lady that lives in Canada has setup a website called: www.exposinginternetscams.com. You will find it interesting to say the least.

The Bank Card Empire company was raided in April, 2010 and shut down.  About two months later the CEO of Bank Card Empire, David Mersky, I believe,  started up a new business, formed as a LLC under the name of Sentinel Business Services. Why/how this could possibly be allowed to happen is beyond my comprehension.

What was the name of the person you talked with, specifically?  I talked with a Collin Richardson and really believed his story.  Thank God I didn't send him the money I have been trying hard to save to send him.  I hadn't seen this name anywhere, and since they seem to change their company and representative names, I was just wondering if anyone else got a call from this person.

Well, thank you all for saving me from making one of the worst mistakes of my life.  I have been talking with Collin Richardson at this same number (480) 323-9934 and have a long line of text messages from him.  I was getting ready to give him a great some of hard earned money at quite a sacrifice to my family, thinking it would help us out of a rough financial place and give us the funds needed to start a home for young people who are aging out of the foster care system and need a family.  We thought this might just be our answer to prayer.  I just googled this number and all of these complaints came up.  I am heartbroken that people can be so very evil and take from innocent.  When I think about the things that he has said to convince me that this was the way to go and the things of I shared of how difficult this is for us to come up with this money and he still keeps pushing . . . God help him.  Thank you to the person who posted the information for the attorney generals office in Arizona.  I hope to help them catch and shut this place down for good before they take from anyone else.

I too have been scammed by this company.  I really thought that it was legitimate and sent them all these names of businesses in my area and also invested in $500,00 with their company which I am going to fight with my credit card co. to get it back.  This is just so sad that there are so many companies that are getting scammed and yes we need to stand together to stop this.

I got my money back by getting help. I am an elderly woman, looking for supplimental income and Fidelity Merchant Solutions offered me an opportunity, even said that they were going to send me a check for $4000 the next week after they charged me over $10,000. After they took my money, they wouldnt even return my phone calls. I went on ripoffreport.com to complain and found a company called CR Consumer Resources. They helped me recover my money. I was even returned the interest and fees that had gone on my credit card from my bank.  I highly recommend CR Consumer Resources. They can help you. PLEASE copy and paste your story with the scamming business names, scamming persons you've been talking to that scammed you, and all the phone numbers with names that you were given by these scammers, and the name of the company that charged your credit card.  Be sure to also post same letter to your local attorney Generals office and Attorney Generals office in Arizona,Flagstaff,and Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ and the Federal Trade Commisions website.  Just google these websites.  We are trying to establish some sort of pattern to try and make some connections.  We are sure that the 20 something names that they use are all connected by the same scam story over and over and over again.  It's a Bait and switch they are doing. Draw up one very detailed letter of your scam story with names,addresses of where you were supposed to send a certified letter of cancellation to.  MIne and everyone I've talked to so far got it return backto them, address unknown. My  story  is  almost  exact  as  Janine.  Bought  in in  Aug. 2010 and  been  fighting  ever  since.

The  thing  is  first  it  was  bankcard empire / leslie mersky.  And  even  though  big  bust 1.5 yrs.  ago  the  case  got  dismissed.  $79  million  in  rip  offs.  Then  off shoots  were  many  and  some  of  the  same  names  surface,  though  I know  the  names  are fakes  much  of  the  time.  My con  artists  on  the  bait  and  switch  were  Economic Freedom  Corp.  and  with  the  leads  from  websites4america.  F-marketing,  and  cornerstone  mkt'g  solutions.....all  passing  the  buck  around  to  avoid  accountability.  I  lost  dispute  from  the  NO  guarantee  contract.  The  company  obviously  condoned  the  deceptive / fraudulent  sales  pitches  as  they  are  consistent  and  branched  out  to  several  co's.  The  att. gen.  has not  been  much  help.  Wwe  are  likewise  trying  to  gather  cases,  and  the  credit  card  co's  seem  to  aid  the  crooks  as  they  take  the  crooks  word  for  the  delivery  of  "qualified leads"  HA.  Now EFc is  closed  and  in  hiding ,  but morphed  into  my  choice  bus. ser.

Latest is they are dba my choice business services in las vegas....if  you  have  not  heard?  Google  them  for  more address and location info.  Also  file  new  complaints at  AZ.  att. gen,  Nancy  Anger,  assistant Att. gen.;  FTC  is  easy to  file  complaint;  Online business bureau,  and  BBB;  scambook  told  me  to  tell  other  victims to file  complaint there.  Good  Luck!  I  too  have  been  fighting  for  a  year  now.  John  Hanson  of  web4amer.  is  especially a  crook,  but  C. I had a person name R.J. (520-829-5691) call me and listen to an audio presentation.  Then another individual named Lizare (?) started explaining it to me.  I asked for the name of the company and he said it was Fidelity Merchant Solutions.  I want to thank all of you for your helpful info so as not to be scammed.

I just got a phone call from a Leonard from fidelity merchant solution they said I would make great money from home.I told them that I needed to get back to them.Thanks for your input.Sylvester

The number Fidelity Merchant Solutions contacted me from was 520-829-5691 this morning. I knew when they started their sales pitch of where they got my number was a lie, and told them it was a lie. I listened to their fast talking sales pitch and told them that anytime you have to talk that fast it's shakey! I told the gentlemen to stop talking several times because he was not answering my questions. I then asked if they had a website which I looked at while he was on the phone and told him that it was very poorly done. I put him on hold and went to this website where I began to read him these reviews. He had to go "he had another call":} Yea I bet he did! I also received another call from his cell phone Sean Merzon 302-897-1757 same company. I guess they just don't give up! I will be telling him if he calls again that I am on a no call list and if they call me again I will turn them in to the AG's office. All they got from me was 27 minutes of my time!

The fidelity merchant solutions seems very lucrative but definitely a scam as I saw that they have illegally started to use my account by buying at&t vesta payments.
