Got a call from this number. They left a voicemail saying they are a collection agency. I have no debts other than a student loan and I pay monthly payments. They wouldn't tell me their name when I called back or who they are collecting for. I recently had my identity stolen and since then I have received spam call after spam call. Changing my number now.

One of those calls where you answer and say hello several times then the line hangs up.

Received several calls from this number, when I answered and said hello several times they hung up. Third time they called asked for by name and I said yes how can I help you then they asked to confirm personal info and I asked what it was reguarding and they kept saying it was personal business and they finally hung up.

They called and want to know my birthdate and private info and do no give caller ID

The same thing happened to me. They had my name and address which was po box I refused to give and their answer was good bye.

They refuse to give information on what they do, and wouldn't even tell me what "CSB" stands for when I called the b***h back. They're very rude. Feel free to pay them a visit to find out more ;)

I called back and they are a financial service company, and they handle "personal information" if i am not mistaken based on their "customer Service" they sound like they could possibly be a collection agency. And thats why they refuse to give anyone any information until they prove they are who they need to speak with. I simply said that no one by the name they are looking for is known at this number and that i would appreciate if they didnt call back, and she stated she would remove my number. Try that next time they call you.
