I'm pretty sure it is Phoenician medical or a company collecting for them. I was in a car accident over 2 years ago and apparently the other insurance company didn't pay the bill or only paid part. They call me every once in a while once a day for a week or so.

I get the same number calling me every day at the same time. I can set a watch to it, it's that annoying... Anyone got a clue as to who it is. I refuse to answer the phone when they call.

No message call here also.
