Received a phone call on Thursday, Oct. 3rd from Lucia @ 480-582-152 repping Kerry Polowski.j She said she was, "calling from the state." I'm thinking what state?! I'm from Minnesota and the area code is not a Mn area code...red flag! Then all the usual crap about how a process server will be dispatched to my residence or place of employment to serve me with a summons to appear in court. Yeah, ok! What a joke!

Received a call from a Vanessa Paul a state locator, stating I needed to contact 480-582-1452 regarding a complaint against me. I contacted the number and the receptionist was not very helpful. I tried to find out why they were calling and she would not tell me. I was asked if I can be contacted back and I stated threw the mail. I requested them to send me information regarding what ever it was about via mail. I than received a call from Hillsborough County Sherifs Department 603-627-5610 stating that a I had a complaint against me for a "bad cheque"and that I was in non-compliance and had to contact Kerry Polowski prior to end of business day. I called and left another message prior to end of business day requesting to be contacted via mail. I received a 3rd call from Hillsborough county Sherifs department stating that I was in non-compliance and had to contact Kerry Polowski again. I contacted the 480-582-1452 again and spoke to a Mr Kerry Polowski, I said that I was returning his call and would like to know what the call was regarding. He stated that he did not call me and that I have "problems" and that "someone would be coming to pick me up." I told him ok. I than contact the Hillsborough County Sherifs Ofc and inquired about this, the receptionist told me that she Googled the number and it appeared to be a scam if they called again I needed to file a report for harassment.

i got call girl amanda said its a matter of legal 3rd party bs i looked address up as i know az well no such buisness mesa is a hot bed of scams

they called my son phone and said that they needed to talk to me some girl name amanda saying she was a personal locator and that i need to call kerry powlowski gave me a number because i had a case filed against me i called and kerry  pawlowski  was in a meeting he would call me back . he calls back saying that i have a case against me i said what case and stated that i owed money to some company i tolded him i didnt then he says if i dont pay there would be a warrent for my arrest to be outside my house and wait for the sheriff to be at my house in 90 min or there going to break the door down . and then hung up on me. few min later a man calls me telling me that he's a sheriff and that i need to work with mr. powlowski or there would be a warrent out for me . stated that he was from the courts the things scammers will do to get anyones money they need to get a real job and stop free loading off of people

He just called my sister and told her i needed to call him ASAP. I tried calling him but no answer.

I got the same call a couple of days ago and it was a autobot that left me a message telling me to call KERRY POLOWSKI with that Arizona number.  I called and he called me back telling me that I owe from some company and give me their information and everything.  He gave me my email address and told me I needed to pay at least $100 today in order for him to stop to the court proceedings and that I could get served at my home or place of employment.

Got the same message about 20 min ago...Lucia Smith...said she is a personal locator for the State of California...gave me a case number said I needed to contact the firm of Kerry Polaski...seems like there are from Arizona..well at least the area code is and asked that I call them back or else they would need to send someone to my home or place of work..I really wish they would...Don't fall for scammers...if this was legit then send your paper work on over .... just do it..don't call for a week and do nothing...Bunch of jerk offs

They keep calling me and we're playing phone tag.  I left them a message and said send the correspondence to me as to what this is about.

calling my number about arbitrating a case against me, no clue scam, I called them and said stop harassing and calling my number fool!  Americans are done with being scammed, not stupid get an education, GET A REAL JOB!  THEY ARE SAYING THE NAME OF KERRY POLOWSKI BUSINESS BUT THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE THE ADDRESS OR ANY INFO!

This company called my son's cell phone and left a message about my husband.  Incidentally after looking up the number with the BBB I found no such listing of the office they said they were.
