they call me everyday between 2:30& 3:30 pm no one is on the other end. i call back get busy signal.

I just got a call from that number and ended up here.  About the time this page opened, i received another call from a telemarketer (602-414-0204).

My assumption is that it's an autodialer designed to check the status of numbers before a live agent is burdened with an answering machine.  Any number that answers would then get bumped up to the immediate queue as to increase the likelihood of the telemarketer getting a real person on the phone.

autodialer1: dials list of numbers in the queue for live agent
- upon success, bring that number to active (next in line) queue
- upon fail, leave number in low priority queue.
autodialer2: dials for live agents
- process queue organized by autodialer1

person at home: get hit by telemarketers.

telemarketer: waste less time on answering machines and no-answer numbers.

i could be wrong, but if i were a telemarketer, that's how i'd setup shop...

When I answer, nothing is said and the line is disconnected.

this is some company that is listed on Career Builder or some online job offer.  SMB...they just called my house this morning too.  I didn't answer, but they left a voice mail message that they would be calling back.  I am not interested either.

This number keeps calling.  I believe that Angel Stevens with Process at Home has sold my phone number a great number of times.

I was lucky engouh to get a whole message that tol me the name of the company. So I did a little research and  came up with this. Calls from 480-588-0703, 602-414-0202, 602-414-0203 and 602-414-0204 are from Smart Advertising Solutions. You can call 1-800-746-6753 and tell them to take you off their list.

this a**hole calls twice a day every day. If I answer it, there's nobody there. If I don't answer it, a recording leaves a sales message.  How do I get this c**t to stop.

I get same call every other night about 8:18 pm, for the past few weeks, no one ever there, breathing, then they hang up.
This is getting very old. Caller I.D. says unassigned.

I have been getting calls from this number daily, at least 4 - 5 times a day. Most of the time they do not leave any messages regarding their calls.  It's very annoying getting home from a long day at work, and most of the incoming calls are telemarketing.

If you are getting calls from 480-588-0703 or 602-414-0202 or 602-414-0203 or 602-414-0204 you can call 1-800-746-6753 and tell them to take you off their list. The 800 # is a direct # to Smart Advertising Solutions in AZ. it is the place where that call is coming from.

I am sick of this number showing up on my phone. Everytime I answer it they hang up, and when I call back it is busy all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This number sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a telemarketer. They leave a message asking to call 1-800-878-0926 about your "finanical future".

This number 480-588-0703 is a pain.  I am wondering if it's a tracker number type of thing where it makes sure the phone number dialed is valid and when we answer it is registered as a valid number and sold to other businesses.  Is this possible?

Dropped calls are very annoying and a waste of precious time.

Called me and offered me some financial opportunities and that I should call them back on some 1-800 number. Whatever. Blocked the number so that they don't call me again.

I have been getting a call from SAS who is called John they are trying to give us the opportunity to make trillions of dollars a year for a homebased business, he calls me every day at least three times a day, and leaves messages. The other 18008782406 that they say to call back. I am getting annoyed and have better things to do with my time. He says that I requested this inofrmation, he always leaves messages, but when i try to answer to tell him to stop calling there is no one there. They are crazy. If he was trying to make me trillions of dollars I would assume he was very rich and wouldnt need this job to constantly harass people.

These people have been calling me about once a week (sometimes more) for the past couple of months. Who are these people and how do we make this stop?

Who is this calling. They call both cell and home phone

This person keeps calling me, I don't know where they got my cell phone number. They leave a pre-recorded message saying to call them back at a different number than what shows up on the caller ID.

They call me here in Florida - from Phoenix AZ The number is also tied in with Image Incentives & Smart Advertising Solutions LLC in Bellevue WA,and they also use the number 602-414-0204. I have listed a complaint with the phone company here and this number is a business - they are working on it and added my complaint to the file. I also logged a complaint @ the Do Not Call Registry since I never contacted this company nor requested info or did business with them. So now the Feds are in it. This being an election year maybe they will enforce it, I hope. Now on to all the local BBB's. Mine and theirs - They are in Phoenix AZ.And mine here in Tampa. And thanks to whoever posted about ticketmaster - I used them a few months back & now I get these calls.  They just lost our repeat business And I'll be calling them and mailing ( e & snail) to let them know how unhappy I am that my number was sold to such trash.!
