heavy breathing, quick hangup

The company is called Design Benefits.

They are selling something.  You will never be taken off their list unless you threaten them directly. It is also a good idea to file a complaint with the DoNotCall registry EVERY TIME they contact you.

HOWEVER, if you're in Arizona, they may be in charge of your company's benefits plan, thus they have the right to contact you.  Here's their info:

answered no one was there

same as above, answered and no one was there.  Reverse look-up showed it unlisted.

we get these calls once a week or so. then later that evening or the next day around the same time the kirby vac people (some scam who says we've been entered into a drawing yadayada) call from another # with RK WEST or M Miller on the CID. These people have been successfully sued for fraud. Don't answer!

I answered the phone when this number called and just received raspy breathing on the other end

keeps calling.  nobody answers.
