I got one of these calls and when I informed them that I was on the Federal Do Not Call list I was cursed out with profanity that I've never heard before, and my life was threatened. I too have filled out numerous FCC complaints. I plan to write my congressman about this, because apparently that's what it will take to stop it...an act of congress.

I have reported this "cardholder services" racket to the FCC at least 50 times. Why haven't these people been prosecuted for fraud? Could the do not call list possibly be any more useless? How hard could it really be to find out where all these phone calls are really coming from? Anyway, tell them you don't have a credit card and they say "okay, we'll call you again later" and hang up. If only it ever really were "your final notice" - nope, they keep calling and calling.

I cannot get this company to stop calling. It is "Credit Card Services," and I have reported them to donotcall.gov over a dozen times and the calls won't stop. If you try to talk to a live person, as soon as you try to tell them to stop calling, they hang up on you.
