Hi- Cox it the phone company. NCM is the telemarketer. I have spoken with the people at Cox and they are looking in to it. I showed here all of the pages of complaints.... well see what they do.

I also have been getting these calls early morning and evening. Cant anything be done to stop it.
I called back and it was busy. Also not only does my cell phone get the calls but my home phone as well, and also my mother who lives not to far aways also get them..
what can we do to stop this.  It is obvious that someone or some company is collecting data and using us.

I keep getting calls from this number with no messages either.  I did have my phone registered on the do not call list (for mobile phones 888-382-1222).
I am going to see what can be done.

Same as the others; I receive calls everyday and no one will answer.  Actually I did get an answer once when I answered and no one was there I said, "what's wrong with you people, what do you want?" a young sounding woman answered and asked how much I charged?  I said about a quarter and she said that was the cheapest she'd found all day...and hung up.  Somehow that wasn't exactly what I was wanting to know.

Some idiot is calling few times a day from 480 659-3618. Is there any authority to put that idiots away for good for doing that to other people? Or maybe authority is afraid of this idiot???????????

I recently lost my phone and this guy called and said that they have my phone.... and the last time i saw it was yesterday and now its gone!

Tried that number 480-539-7197 and got a recording "your call did not go through. please try your call again." Guess they don't like being on the other end.

This phone number has called me numerous times. Hangs up as soon as you answer. On a "do not call" list. Finally got a live female who I told to stop calling!

I am tired of getting phone calls from this number.  I have told them several times to take me off their list.   But Nooooo they still call.  This is harrassment!!

A Female from this number KEEPS calling me, claiming to be from National credit company. They want to help me lower my interest rate. Now 1st off, what company is going to literally stalk you to lower credit card rates?! Next, when I questioned the authenticity of the call, the caller got an attitude with me! WHO DOES THAT?!? So clearly calls from this number are a scam.

This number keeps calling and when I answer they hang up. They never leave a message and call all hours of the day and night. Even at 3am!!!! There has to be a way to block these numbers so that they can not call your cellphone like you can your home phone for crying out loud!~!!!!  This is all out harassment as far as I am concerned. Stress and inadequate sleep are the triggers for my seizure condition and due to not getting adequate sleep because of these jerks I have been taken to the hospital once and have had 2 seizures in the past 2 months because of these jerks!!!! Doesn't matter if I take my medication on a regular basis if I am constantly harassed.

They call me 6 days a week.  They hand up when I answer.  They hang up on my answering machine.  When I call them back, they have a busy signal.  They call my house as late as 9pm.  I want them to stop calling me.  I just called the "Do not call number."  Their recording stated that after 31 days if I still receive phone calls from solicitors, for me to call them and file a complaint.  I will do this if this company does not stop calling me.  If it is not a company, then I will file harrassment charges on the individual.

I've been receiving calls for months from this number ask them to stop they called more.Then I told him I was on the do not call list.Which I am he said so if your on the call list whats your PW its been a couple of years since we went on the list I didn't remember a password for the do not call list so we argue about this he said that if I had no PW then I wasn't on the do not call list . I checked and we have all our phone on the list they are still calling
