Irene Santana called me from this number and asked to speak to our owner by name. She asked if she could leave a message and for owner to call her back at (480)719-4423.

She said "its regarding a "notification" her company received regarding our merchant services account".

She then gave me a reference number...trying to sound legit.  A reference number? Wow! I'm impressed....NOT!

I asked her "whats the name of your company?" She replies "Merchant Services".

I say "Oh, that's not the name of our company we use for credit card processing"

She says " I didn't say we were! I said we have a notification regarding his account"

I say "How did you get this Notification?" She says "I dunno, I'm new...lemme ask a supervisor".

After about 30 seconds on Mute she comes back and says "none of the supervisors are available."

I say "What is the address for your company?" She says "Scottsdale Arizona".

I say "what is the Full address?"  

She says a bit angrily "Look I'm new! Just let him know we called and that we have a notification!"

I reply "Nope, Sorry...No one will be calling you back. Your message will be thrown in the shredder."

She hangs up.

WATCH OUT FOR MELISSA  @ 480-719-4441  FROM THIS SAME MERCHANT SERVICES AS 480-719-4423. THEY ARE CONS CALLING SAYING THERE IS A MISTAKE ON YOUR CURRENT MERCHANT ACCOUNT. MY CO.CALLED AND REPORTED TO FBI , OUR LEGIT. MERCHANT SERVER AND THE FTC, AND ASSOCIATED FRAUD OFFICES.  YOU ALL SHOULD DO THE SAME. I THINK THE BEST RESPONSE I GOT WAS FROM THE FBI AND MY MERCHANT, BECAUSE I WAS CALLED BACK AND ASK FOR ALL THE INFO I HAD ON THEM AND THEY ARE WANTED FOR THE BAD CONDUCT THEY DO. IF WE ALL MAKE THE COMPLAINTS  AS I DID , SOON THEY WILL BE CAUGHT... YEAH!

I have received calls from this company almost daily.  The man on the other end is less than professional.  His last statement to me when I advised him that this is a personal cell phone and that I had requested on several occasions that he stop calling me and asked for his supervisor was that A)he was the supervisor and B)he didn't have to stop calling.  He stated that the number he is calling is to a business and he can call as often as he likes and that if I "didn't like it, too bad" and then laughed saying, "I run $h|+ dog, and filing a complaint won't stop me, so go ahead."  When I asked for his name, he lied and said his name was Matt.  I called back to see if I could reach a supervisor and instead reached his voice mail where I learned that his name is actually Chris Dollanger (not sure of spelling - phonetically was "doll-an-jer").  The phone line is through a company called Ring Central and has received hundreds of complaints online for this mans abusive behavior. I filed a complaint with the FTC and called him back repeatedly for about an hour leaving messages informing him that I was digging up information about him and filing complaints until he finally answered my call again. He still seemed less than thrilled about having to apologize, but he did and told me that my number was removed from the system, which was all I was asking for to begin with and by LAW they are required to do regardless of whether or not you are a business or personal phone.

I receive calls from this number, presumably by an auto-dialer.  I did call back once but only connected with an answering system that promised to connect me with "Steve" but never did.
