Nothing showed up on caller ID. But I have been getting calls from this number all week. No message either. Annoying...if I need to call them back would it be so hard to leave a message?

Caller ID read, "Associates Home Equity." Caller said, she was "Anna from Citi Mortgage," and asked for the last 4 digits of my social. I told her, I don't believe you are from Citi Mortgage, and hung up. She called right back, this time I didn't answer. I searched the net for Associates Home Equity and the Rip-Off Report came up. Maybe they really are Citi Mortgage?!?

Caller ID said "Associates Home Equity," and they knew enough about my loan and sit. to mostly satisfy me that they were Citi, or more likely, an outsourced company working for Citi. But, when I called the tel # back, the recording said the office was closed - strange. I would be careful regardless. I am going to call Citi and report this to them and have them check it out and I will repost what I learn from them.
