Someone keeps calling from this number every time I answer they hang up!  Can someone tell me who the heck they are?!

Someone in Maricopa Co in Arizona on an Alltell cell phone.

Person called yesterday and today...when I picked it up, they hung up.  Very annoying.

Chick called me and FINALLY spoke, saying I had taken a survey from her a long time ago and I won a three day trip.  Told her to take my name and number off her list.  Annoying!
