Wow, we are doing research for my daughter's boyfriend who had just moved to Mesa from NC.  He was so excited that he got a job offer on the spot, and started working the next day.  From the start everything seemed wrong to me.  He was promised $13.00 hr plus commission.   He had to memorize scripts and be tested on the them. He was told to cuss people out on the phone and came home every day feeling proud of his manly tasks..  These guys were all making him feel so welcome and that he had good friends to work with everyday.  He told us of people being thrown out and loved how the "boss" showed such aggression to "non desirable" employees.  He came home every day and told us stories that literally made our jaws drop in amazement and we warned and warned this was not right.  One employee was down to just getting commission because he did not pass a test. He was told they don't take taxes out (one of the questions I wanted answered) and that he needed to save all his receipts for the year, rent, food, utilities etc and send to the IRS and he would be cut a check.  Are you kidding me?  Of course and 18 year old thinks that is incredible news and believed everything they told him. I told him that I had a feeling he would never see any pay.  He had no W2 forms nor any other employment forms filled out.  Finally, after much pressure.  He asked his boss for a copy of the one and only form he signed when he started....at that moment he was promptly shown to the door and told to leave.  His copies would be sent in the mail as well as his check.  He worked there a total of 9 days and sold a few low priced items but he will never see anything from these people.  This I am sure of.  I am compiling information to send to 3 on Your Side.  Something has to be done about this company.  You wrote your information in 2009 and it is now 2014......how does this continue to go on?

I just like to play there own game.  Fortunatley I have the time, and sometimes it can be amusing.  I tied up three of there lines and operators for over an hour, calling them back listening to all their stupid crap and laughing my every-loved but off.  If you ever have a weekday off with nothing to do have a few a beers and call them back.  The line might be busy but keep calling they will answer eventually, and then you can just laugh and joke along with em they get all pissed to the point of just playing music on the phone for ya, Had several members of their staff in on it.  They did however get really offended when I asked them if they where in India.  The whole floor just kindof went "Dude he said you where an Indian".  And no I wasnt being racist I simply asked if he was.  You can Tie them up for hours and get free entertainment.  Me and my whole family got in on it passing the phone around pretending to be owners of different companies in very important board meetings but we could sure some wreches to help fis the water cooler.

It all comes down to this. Yes there is cut throat tactics afoot here working in this business. But name me ONE "business" that survives on being "nice"? You see two words that don't mesh well unless your in the charity game.

I started in this business in 1999 at 20 yrs old, sleeping on my friends couch. No high school diploma, no drive in life, just happy to have a dark corner to live in. My first check at that time was $432, I had hit commision my first week. No two week lag, just normal paydates. At 22 I went into business for myself, legitmitally. I did not waste any time "harassing" non buyers, or their wives. I was too busy moving on to find guys who were just bred to "buy". People with money.

I was trained the honorable way, the traditional honest way to become a great salesman. Like any business everyone is there to make money. I came off the streets and earned my way to the top, and then became a business owner. I never burned anyone for their last check. I didn't bring a guy in unless I knew I could get volume outta him.
Years gone by, you wake up one day and just dont feel that fire, you dont feel that killer instinct, yet all the responsabilites that a high income yield, are still present. DOnt get me wrong, there are some nasty, mean, and just miserable secrataries and people out there. The ones that have a really rotten attitude right outta the gate. Now that I'm older I understand that they obviously have been harrased by other low lives who have basically all but destroyed this business with their dirty ways.  But I really never did, and thats always a hard part to deal with in this job. I typically now will just hang up as soon as I hear a womans voice, cuase I know it isn't even worth gettin the tension goin.

But as far as Bill Rozackis, I have worked with him for a few years and he is a businessman. He's not a scam artist, he's just a really good salesman. He figured out a long time ago that selling tools is good, but selling people, on selling tools for him is the biggest sale of them all. He does not steal from people, he just basically absorbs what they abandon if they arent willing to fight for it. That isnt stealing, thats the way the jungle works. If you sell tools, you will make money. Thats fact. It really isn't Bill's fault that here are some low lives who slip in the door and do these horrible things to secrataries, and business owners. These guys dont do it in front of Bill. Its not like he sits there and pushes guys to call you contracters and tell you to blow them. Like any batch of apples, theres always bad ones. They come and go from different comapnies.
Actually, most of the rejects are all over at Ace Industrial Supply so the entire blame isn't een on Bill Rozackis. this business goes so deep, and there are handfuls of other companies with similar practice. The only thing Bill has ever done to me in this business is shown me new levels of success and things I never even dreamed possible in my life. When I dont make money, its because I was lazy,didnt dial hard enough, and didnt deserve it, most of the time.
There are dark sides to this business, but there are light sides too if it's done right, and legitmately. And there are good peolpe in the biz, I am one of them. I dont see anyone taking action against Oil companies, and laws our government breaks, and unlawful practices of huge corporations that give people cancer, and buy and sell our souls everyday. Instead people wanna sit on here and cry about a telephone call they recieved where they didnt get to treat someone like S**T and get away with it?


The last thing I'll say is, no they shouldnt call people and use obscene language and harass people. Theres no money in doing that for anybody. No they shouldnt burn anybody on their paycheck, but on the same hand to you people who were burned by this system, you obviously at one point were trying to burn the company by not wanting or caring to produce, you were just there to drain yourself a check for absolutely nothing. Starbucks is hiring, and even there you have to do something. And to the contracters, Im torn because a lot of you are cool as hell, but a lot of you are not so never trust a contracter until you've known them for quite some time cause Ive been burned by em, puttin an order out there, and them not payin and dodgin the calls. I get calls from these turds in Tennessee. I have for years. They ignore every polite request to remove our business number, and when I finally got tired of answering calls and gave them a good cussing, the called back 4 times in a row and proceeded to shout a filthy diatribe or sexually expicit insults. There is always a different voice but they all use the same line, "Hey buddy! How's it going. When I ask who this is they always say, "What you don't recognize my voice?" I would buy from them if they had the cheapest prices in the entire free world. They are complete trash. The internet is FULL of complaints exactly like those posted above. Atlas Supply, Contractors Supply. The phone numbers keep changing. I have blocked their calls, notified the phone company and the police in Arizona. DON'T put up with them! Be proactive and put them out of business.

I worked for them for about a month. After a month of work I received 135 bux. That's it. They are holding my other checks apparently for 180 days, which I know is BS and I will never see that money. They con you into working there. I responded to a craigslist ad saying that a tool company needed warehouse help. At my interview they told me all the warehouse positions were full. Come to find out they don't even have a dam warehouse. I took the sales job just because I was unemployed and needed the money. A lot of good that did me. I was told to tell jokes that were racist,rude and completely out of line. The managers would just call people up just to harrass them and tell them to f@+? Off just to feel more like "a man" These guys totally get off on acting like this its ridiculous. I never clocked in our out they told me that they were keeping track of my hrs, which I doubt. A lot of the guys who work there are ex-cons, ex-military, jocks, and bullies. If you are looking for work via craigslist.com, beware of their fony job ads. Most will say things like "Make money like a big baller, hustle ,and make fat a** cash" THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!
