Calls 2 times a day

apparently someone is using my name and phone # and all these place are calling me telling me I signed up for information and in reality - I signed up for nothing.

Just got a call from them also claiming I filled out a form for an online business opportunity which I did not

They called claiming I filled in an online form for starting a business from home which I did not. The woman who called refused to take me off of the list even though I am on the do not call list. She said she couldn't. When I said her whoever gave her the list or their supervisor surely could take my information off she hung up. I called the number repeatedly until someone answered. A man then acted at first like he had no idea what I was talking about then started yelling at me that I filled out the form online and that it was my fault. He refused to listen to me and after yelling at me for a while hung up.
This scam call came from Tempe Arizona. I reported them at donotcall.gov

Whoever this is called me, claiming I signed up for an at home business, when in fact I did not. I am a business owner, why would I want more? The man started to argue with me, and very calmly I told him if this company ever called me again I would report him to his local Attorney General, so unless he wants to keep his job, I suggest I be taken off any lists.

He began to get very angry and defensive, to which I told him he had better calm down, or he himself would be fined $1,000 for speaking to me in such away.

He hung up!

Truth is folks, you can contact the company's local attorney general and tell them about the problem. The attorney general then has the authority to shut them down if he or she sees fit! And yes, they can be fined $1,000 for being rude and insulting customers! I can't remember where to go, but you can also write up a complaint to somebody else and get paid up to $1,000 for their misbehavior. Be sure to get their name and EVERTHING to report them.

Trust me it does work! Being a business owner, I don't need any extra money from problem companies, so when I do get it, I donate to various charities (St. Jude Children's Hospital, Plan USA, Arbor Day Foundation, National Wildlife Federation, just to name a few).

Whoever this company is should be fined and shut down immediately. Their people are rude, bothersome and very unprofessional. I would appreciate it if the attorney general of AZ would look into this matter, pay the company a visit and engage in a class action lawsuit to reward all those who have been approached by this business or operation.

They call 2-3 per day back to back sometimes they only say "HELLO" then hang up and call again. They are not the only company that just started calling this past week with the same line that we contacted them on line for a home business.
