they call everyday about 6:30pm and when you answer they hang up then if you hit redial it's busy. Does anyone know of how to STOP these calls? I find it harassing!!

It is APS (Phoenix AZ) Electric company calling for a survey call of how your service hookup went when you install service or get it transferred. The survey lasts about 5 minutes.

It is a company that does surveys for various companies, mine was for APS (Phoenix AZ) Electric company to ask how the service hookup went when I got my service hooked up. The survey lasts about 5 minutes.
