Ya its scam only dont give any response... they r calling u from india. and dont pay even single penny to them.

I have received that same call twice, once a few months ago, and this morning.  At first it caught me off guard, this morning also.  Heavy Middle Eastern or Hindu Accent, and I ask their name, one says Steven Johnson, then he puts me over to another one, said his name is Mark Thomas, I told him "strange you don't sound like a Mark Thomas, and the other guy sure didn't sound like a Steven Johnson.  I asked him to give me his number because my niece is an FBI agent and I will have her check out these charges against me.  He gives me a fake number, then says  "Don't waste his time"  too funnnnnnnnny.. But not really funny because they prey on older people.  They need to be stopped!

They keep trying. I filed a complaint with the FBI  at: ic3.gov    
I susgest that you all do to.

agree 100 percent keep calling back it annoys the living h*** out of them .even more fun when they start cursing!

I keep getting calls from these people too with a middle eastern accent who say there is a lawsuit pending against me and I need to verify my SSN. Do not verify any information with them and hang up! Tell them you have a lawyer and give them your lawyers phone #. I they are a scam. When I call the number back and ask what company is this, the guy stammered and  didnt know what to say then he made up some fake company name. Stupid poeple!

This is what you do *67 an call them back as many time as you want harass the hell out of them. They actually told me to stop calling lol.....

I received a call at my job from these people stating that I have a law suit against me and my SSN, the men barely speak english..I already know its a scam..I wish they would stop.They had stop for like 4months and now they are at it again. One time they tried to say that I owed them money, and I called my bank and they said there is nothing by the amount they are saying they keep trying to take..This is annoying, and I wish they will stop calling..

I get calls almost everyday from these people saying I got a loan & they have all my personal information & have even started calling my job for me. You can hardly understand what they are saying & when you ask to speak to a supervisor they talk bad to you & hang up.

Just got a call stating there are fraudulent charges against me and they want my SSN and other info.  Foreign speaking men who don't even know what to say, but the one who called did say he was an officer, bullcrap,  caller ID stated unknown.  Number out of Pennsylvania.

THEY ARE AT IT AGAIN. CLAIMING TO BE DEPT OF JUST. NOW. I JUST TELL THEM TO LOOK THE PHONE NUMBER UP ONLINE WE ALL KNOW YOUR A SCAM. THEY USE MANY DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH.

Keep getting calls from this number, people calling have very strong accents, the phone breaks up often as they are talking, they leave me messages telling me they need to talk to me or my attorney about a legal matter pending against my name and social security number.  I've gotten calls like this before from other numbers, and know it is a scam.  I have an attorney and have no legal matters are  pending.

I get calls from this number once in a while and they tell me that I have legal charges pending against me. My sister is a lawyer and I tell them that and they dont call back for a few months.
