I received a cll from this number too, from a young girl that sounded about 15. When I answered she said she had the wrong number and hung up. I have got msg from this number before each time something diff.

Got a call today.  Answered it and it said it was a survey for military people.  He was saying that he wasn't trying to sell me anything, but I said I don't take surveys over the phone.

This number 484-240-6400 has called my house twice now in the past two days and doesn't leave a message.  I'm getting annoyed.  If he keeps it up, it's going on block.

Got voicemail on April 16, 2009. Just some breathing, no message.

if you call the number you will get a recording that says it is Arbitron radio rating service.

Asked if this was a residence or business. Why do they not state the nature of their call?
