Introduced themselves after a few calls (when I finally answered one) as "Rapid Learning Institute"

I was asked if I lead the Training and Development @ my company.

Best Guess/Opinion:
Based on the question and the name I can safely assume they are trying to Cold Call business leaders, decision makers with a staff and sales/marketing directors to set up 'training' with their organization/'expert' because that's their business. Whether or not they are good at their job of training, I didn't know but as far as the cold calling it is a clear numbers game - get the info and get off the phone as fast as possible so a MORE qualified person can call at a later date to try and sell their services to 'us'.

Just called number back, got recording and was put on hold. Ended up selecting dial by name and punched in some random numbers. I was directed to someone's voicemail (not answering, shocker) and just left a music message from what I was listening to on I Heart Radio at the time. I think it's fun to annoy telemarketers back the way they do us everyday.

Received multiple calls at Office number, just hangs up no message. Appears to be tele-marker

Third day in a row for calls, this time the voice message contained background noise of a boiler room operation. No actual message left.

Another day, another call. No voice message left.

Called my cell phone and left no message.

Always comes up on caller ID as Business 21 Pub.  Asks for someone by name, but when that person isn't available, they never want to leave a voicemail and just says they'll call back.

Very annoying constantly calling my cell phone...I do not answer and they do not leave message. They need to be stopped!!!

Same as all the rest called my work phone and didnt leave a message but likes to hang on the line and breath, I think their expected to spend X amount of time on the phone each day????

Call went to voice mail since I was out of the office and all I could hear was muffled talk in the background.  Then I heard a female as a male if he was talking to someone and he said no not yet, so she told him about making short calls.  Then the message shut off.

Left a message that was dead air. they must use an auto-dialer.

They keep calling and do not leave an answer. Will report them to the Gov. Do not call list. I am on the "do not call list'.

Call me twice a day - Rapid Learning Institute. Their main line asks for you to call an 800 number. I haven't ever spoken to them before, but I think I'll pick up next time to get them to stop.

Called them to remove the number they called...they called back, so now calling them with a list of all phone numbers coming into this building...if another call after that...legal action.

Received call and went to my voice mail at work. It was a male voice laughing, ha, ha, ha and hung up.

Got the exact same phone call.  Wish they'd stop calling.

called our office and wanted to speak to "sales trainer" so he could sell his wares.  I assume some training software.  I told the guy we didn't have that type of business and he got aggressive.  I hung up on him and he called back!   Yikes!  I hung up again and said to please stop calling.

They continue to call us at work frequently, and when answered no response.

This guy Tim Craig is rude and pushy. He's trying to sell employee training but won't let us put him in VM or take a message for our manager!

Just added this guy my telemarketer list. He'll never get to anyone here.

Just got the call from this number.  Sorry I don't have anything to add, but just want to say thanks for everyone who reports these loser companies.

This number calls me multiple times a day!  

You can register your phone number at donotcall.gov.  If you get another call from the number after 31 days you can file a complaint.
