Local phone number may NOT be Allentown, Bethlehem, Reading; this exchange is located in Glen Mills, PA (Chester County) or Chester Heights, PA (Delaware County) and it's apparently an inbound WATS line (Wide Area Telephone Service, i.e. toll-free) line, because when you call them back, they already know who you are by the number from which you're calling them, even if you have caller ID blocked, which should not be legal except when calling 800, 855, 866, 877, 888 toll-free numbers.
