Update, just got off the phone with my service provider. I was told I am still their customer and this is from a rival company looking to Slam my account. They ask for info from your bill the claim you requested a service change to them! This should be illegal!

Got a call from this cell number. Wanted me to get my phone bill and provide info. Claimed I was their client and wanted to go over my phone bill! I told the woman if she was my supplier she should already have the info she was asking for. She claimed she never heard of the company I currently get my electric service from.
