For the last 6 months I got phone calls from this number +4951234567. I hear a recorded message design to triger a reality-like conversation : "Hello"... "do you hear me?" ... "Can I speak to Mike please?"... "Mike Hutchinson"

I tried to phone back in order to ask for a stop. Never anyone toke the call. But now I get 6 to 10 calls a day. Always the same.

More details. Calls always between 12:00 up to about 21:00. Often one time masked, then one time visible phone number. The call lasts for about 50 seconds, and is always finished by the caller.
The voice is the one of a 30ish years of age young male, speaking english with a german accent.

Oops. More details again. I got those calls from seemingly Germany on to my swiss  mobile phone. I am based in Switzerland.

I've been getting the same thing for about a month, and from the same number, but the caller speaks Russian and asks to speak to Konstantin.  Very weird and annoying.

I got also calls were they ask for Mike, but from a different number (also from +495123467). The other numbers that I get calls from are +74996666610 and +74951386410. Always with the same recording. Is there any way to stop this calls? I had to put out my voicemail already because of this calls. Thinking about getting an other number :(

By the way, I'm living in the Netherlands...

Individual named Aziz Saatov from "Moscow" called, left message with secretary and asked that I return his call at (011) 7 905 720 9999 (Moscow, Russia) (which sounded like it was a cell phone).  He said he was calling from Price Waterhouse Coopers and wanted to conduct an interview.  I told him to email questions to me and that we would schedule a call for the following day.  The morning of the following day I got a call from 495 123 4567.  It was Aziz stating he needed me to verify my email address.  His call from 795 123 4567 sounded like a land line.
