I got a call from this number 501-492-3333 no one says anything for a few seconds and then they hang up. I call back and they do the same. It shows up as A.R. STATEPOLICE. It's very annoying. How do you stop this?

The number shows up as A.S.P.A, but when you call the number back, it is either busy, or tells you to check your call and please try again. I would like to find out who this number belongs to because we get about 4 to 5 phone calls a day from this number, but no one ever responds upon your answer. Thank you.

501-492-3333 is the Arkansas State Police Association (ASPA).  They are soliciting for donations.
