This is a phishing scam. When she called and started rattling off what I won, I knew it was a scam and it is confirmed by my bank. They have enough info to sound legit - i.e. name, address, last 4 digits of your credit or debit card - what they want you to fill out is the rest of the info- your entire credit card plus the security code.
The best thing everybody can do is report them online to www.donotcall.gov
Once they get enough complaints they will eventually get shut down.
Oh by the way - the caller is getting your info when you use your card at Walmart

Got a call from this number and answered it as I live in the 502 area. No one answered though I did hear some noise I couldn't make out.

This company has repeatedly called my cell phone and not left a message. When I called back, it did give me the option of being removed from the call list. My cell number is on a do-not-call list. Do not answer or give out information!

SHE CALL AND SAY had a $100 gas card, a $10 Walmart card and a $50 card to use on their website. The lady wanted to "walk" me through filling out my information on their website.JUST HAVE TO ENTER ON THE WEB SITE ,AND I HAVE TO PAY NOTHING,ETC.....TIHIS VERY SCAM..DONT TAKE A CALL FROM...502-208-7690...THANKS.

I just received a call from 502-208-7690 saying I had filled out a survey online and they had a $100 gas card, a $10 Walmart card and a $50 card to use on their website. The lady wanted to "walk" me through filling out my information on their website. I asked for a company name and she said Waka Networks. As she was talking I Googled the company and saw the word "scam" so I let the lady know. She immediately thanked me for my time and hung up.
