Stop calling my dam number before for I sue the hell out of yall

Calls me 6 times in 1 hour ! Called to have them stop calling and never got it done b/c of stupid automated line where I needed a pin # for my phone who only God himself would know what that is!! MAKE IT STOP !!!!!

This is a business however it is for alerting some one if they had a status change. It is for those that in jail or have been arrested. It is not a con or what ever others are saying. Its a legal number some one signed up for.

I have been getting calls from this number for over 3 weeks now I dont answer numbers I dont no because I get alot of wrong numbers. Please make these people stop calling my number. I dont give my number to just anyone. Please make them stop calling me.

Calls began at midnight and continued every two hours after that to my cellphone. I never give out my cellphone number, so I do not know how they got it.

The call is most likely coming from VineLink. At some point you or someone associated with your phone number signed up to be notified whenever an inmate was released and/or moved from one institution to another.

They will call until they know you received the message, because the person that signed up really wanted to know that information.

Police won't be able to assist you with this.  Someone has registered to get notified when an inmate is moved and this is an automated machine.  Listen to the message and you will see who it is that is being moved.  If you do not know this person or got the message in error, you need to contact vinelink.

Posting your message here is not going to help your situation.  You need to contact the company associated with the number to get the calls to stop.

This number is associated with Vinelink, a victim notification service.  Someone has registered to receive information about an inmate and entered the phone number being called.  You need to know the passcode in order to stop the automated system from calling.  People that don't know the passcode need to contact vinelink for assistance.  You can find them on the internet.  This is NOT a sales or collection call, so no worries. ;)

As other people stated, this number belongs to VINE, a service provided to victims of a crime. They will call continuously, in much the same manner as others stated until you enter your "pin" which notifies them that you received the message and are aware the inmate has either been released or relocated. This program is a wonderful tool for anyone who lives in fear of an inmate getting out without their knowledge.

Over 50 calls in one day!!!  They will not stop.  Police are looking into it.  I want to fingure out how to stop it.

They are also calling my son's cell phone (trac phone #) and recordings in Spanish at 1am and all day long.  The 866-277-7477 number said the 502-213-2798 number is their number. The 502 number calls victims of crime to keep them updated about the offender. The representative,Yolanda, told me the calling cycle has been completed but I need to contact Rhode Island Dept of Corrections (401-462-1000) to have my son's cell # removed from their database. The company name APPRISS does this service of notifying people. APPRISS has a web presence at appriss.com also FB & Twitter. I am going to call RIDOC. Thank you for the 866 number!

VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) is the automated notification system that alerts victims about a change in the custody status of their offender. This system now includes data from county jails, prisons, mental health facilities and juvenile detention facilities. This need for assistance does not stop once an offender has been sentenced. In fact, it continues throughout an offender's incarceration and the OVS (Office of Victim Services) is the arm of Corrections to handle those requests for assistance. Victim advocates from OVS work with victims daily as they attempt to locate information about their offender. They also travel the state to educate those involved in the criminal justice system about the VINE program ? with the goal that all victims are aware of the protection the service offers.

I just got this new number and someone from this number calls my number constantly all day every.day 24 hours even through out the night. How do I make it stop?

This number IS from someone wanting to tell you an update on a prisioners status. I am a victim of crime and I did register to get updates on the prisioner. I did not know that THIS number was the one that gave me the info, they called 50 60 times a day. I read on this site what this phone number was and found out, I answered the phone the next time they called, listened to what the "bad guy" was up to and they haven't called no more.

This number and call is from the KY Crime Division. I received one and it advised me that the domestic violence order I had on a person was due to expire in a month. They will also let you know when the person is released from prison, etc. You would have signed up for this and given them a 4 digit PIN number so you could get the info.

call come in all hours of the day and night. most come in twos. like a person who knows you are there but not answering. could be im driving.

This is VINE. Someone that had your cell number before used it to be alerted that an offender was released from custody.  This is a good thing, a good place!  Just call them and tell them that you don't need their services, look up VINE online.

Could you place an App onto your Cell phone that would allow you to block unwanted numbers, or is it not the type which allows that?

This number constantly calls,and calls start at 5 a.m,... My husband has to be at work at 8,and neither of us are up that early,,When I call back I immediately get disconnected,, I have a Cell phone so I can't block it from calling,, But I am tired of the harrassment....

I have been getting calls from this number for 3 days now, every hour starting at 7am through 11 pm. I don't know any inmates like several others have stated. They ask me for a pin number to get information that I registered for. I never give out my cell for business or to anyone but family and close friends. I blocked it out and filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in my state since my number is on the Do Not Call registry.

This number is calling my personal phone many times every day and so late at night . I do not know who this is. I WANT THE CALLS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY.
