second call. no one speaks, just hangs up?

Someone from this number calls and very QUICKLY identifies herself as being with a company but will not indicate the purpose of the call.

i get calls from this number and then receive another connection to another person saying that they are one person the voice is to getto for me to give them any info that they are asking for.

This is a debt collector.
