my experience was the same as yours. i didn't answer either. a voicemail  was left with only the tail end of the message explaining how to stop these calls; "removed from further notices".  i think the purpose of this voicemail was to cover themselves AND to prevent me from getting the info needed to remove my number from their call list.

Received call to my cell phone.  I did not pick up because I did not recognize number.  It indicated that a voice mail was left for me.  When I listened to my voice mail, there was no message - just a hangup.

There is no law against stupidity otherwise Lilana would be in jail by now.

SBN  was aservice provider to telemarketers, an dthe company was taken down on June 2 2010.
The Receiver Rob Evans  took all the equipment and teh company has been dead almost 2 years now.

However.. the real people making these calls were left alone, and continue to call .......

Maybe the FTC should have taken down the people making these calls instead of us..
Just call the FTC at 312-960-5630 to find out how dead sbn has been since June 2 2010, and ask him to go after Rachel instead..

Telemarketer
Jennifer from Account Services...new tactic...same firm it sounds like they have been working on how to get around the FCC complaint below.

You do get the option to press 9 to opt out now...so giving it a try, but still reporting these to FCC

sometimes it will be Tiffany/Rachel from cardholder services... - this is a scam company in the midst of a lawsuit!

File a complaint with the FCC - make note that there is a case in Illinois court.  FCC is suing the company

Federal Trade Commission, Plaintiff v. Asia Pacific Telecom, Inc. d/b/a Asia Pacific Networks, Repo B.V., SBN Peripherals, Inc. d/b/a SBN Dials, Johan Hendrik Smit Duyzentkunst, individually and as an officer or owner of Asia Pacific Telecom, Inc., Repo B.V., and SBN Peripherals, Inc., and Janneke Bakker-Smit Duyzentkunst, individually and as an officer of Repo B.V., Defendants.
(United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois)
