STOP with the Harassment!!!

Got a call from this number and they hung up before I could answer! They said that I was being sued, over a bill I owed! This story goes back a fee years now! I am fighting my employer over a disability issue, where they refused to return me to work, once my doctors released me! It was also a work related issue! Anyway, I had bought some furniture about 10 months prior, to this all happening, on a year's same as cash. Well, I ended up going over the year mark and they sent me a letter saying I now owed more money, than I even paid for the furniture initially! I had it paid over half of what o bought it for, when I went over the year mark too and they more than doubled that amount! I went off my attorneys advice and informed them of my situation, about my job and law suit! I had three other people I owed money to, 1 credit card and my mortgage. Both of which worked with me, except this one place! They later sent me a letter stating, that I could pay a little less than what my remaining balance was $3000 something, make payments of like $800 a month on $6000 or make like $500-$600 dollar payments on $9000. Well, I told them I would take the $3000 option and make payments on that and they said NO. They said that had to be paid in full! I explained that I was not working and that I did not have $3000 something! I told them that I would even make payments on the original amount I owed, before they jacked it up to more than what I even paid for the furniture! They said they would send me a letter of my options! When they did, it was exactly what they told me on the phone! So, I called them back and again explained that I couldn't afford any of those dollar amounts and that I was willing to make payments on what I owed! They hung up! Then I get a call from a forieng company, that said they bought this debt. They to tried getting 10 times what I paid. They also sent me a letter saying the same thing. I told them too, that I would make payments on whatiI i owed them! They also refused! Now over a year later, this number calls me and hangs up! When I call it back, they said they were a law firm! Once a guy finally answered, he tells me he is not a lawyer and tells me that deputies are on their way to serve me with papers! He is also trying to get meto pay tthis high dollar amounts! He even said at one point, that I should borrow money from my attorney to make the one lump sum! The guy was very rude and told me how wrong I was for not making any deals with him! He never even gave me the $3000 deal until untold him that I would take the letter to court with me! He then said, that he told me he could get a lower amount than the over $9000 he told me all through the conversation! Any way, this guy tried to bully me in to paying them over $9000! He couldn't answer me when I asked how they could try to get such a high dollar amount from me over a course of time but were willing to take it down $6000 for a lump sum! He got very upset and said he had to go and note that I was notwilling to work a deal with him. I have never defaulted on any of my debts! I was honest with these people and then they try to be a butt about it and get 10 times what you owed! I cant believe thatpeople do this to other people! Makes me sick to my stomach!!

Pay your debt and they will still sue you claiming made up charges & fees over and above what they have already claimed you owe.  Send them a certified letter and they will refuse it & return it unopened. Fight them in court and win and they will sue you again.  If the debt is not yours they will sue you anyway.  If the debt is beyond the statue of limitations they will still sue you.  Show up at Court and fight them because they send the cheapest most inept lawyers they can find in the hopes that you won't show up and the Judge will rule in their behalf.  I can't even call them maggots because at least maggots serve a useful purpose.  Scum?  Leeches?  Nope those are useful too.

Rude collectors. I always try to help make their day with some dazzling conversation. I owe the money,but not nearly as much as they would like to get from me and until they start acting with some intelligence,nary a penny will flow from this source.

I would be ashame to have your job and do the people like you all do. YOU people need to get in the Bible and read, read.Open your heart to Jesus Christ who died for youe sin's.LOVE the LORD with all your heart, mind and soul. love your neighbors as yourselves. get out and get yourseleves a real job quit calling people they dont own you all any money.someday you know you have got to stand before GOD with all you have done, thats something to think about now is your job their worth that calling all of these people and telling them that , that own you all money when you know its false why are you telling this to these people when you know that these people dont own you a dine. what are you going to say to GOD on the day when GOD ask you about the money deal. will you have the guts to lie to GOD on that day when you have to look him in the eyes.you had better think where you want your soul to go either heaven or hell. heaven going to be a beautiful place no pain their all happiest all smiling faces, hell you burn for ever pain forever, cry for water but there be no water. you people their had better be calling tranunion, equifax, experian and getting everyones credit reports  back to their top score's like they once was if you dont you people will one day face GOD with this, you can not run from GOD , he knows everything you people are doing wrong. GOD is coming back sooner then what you think.he will come like a theft in the night.
