ALSO CALL YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL PERSON OR SENATOR AND BOMBARD THEM WITH CONSTANT PHONE CALLS. LETS SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT.

Do what I did, file a complaint with the FCC, I spoke with a woman and she said they are aware of this company and she gets calls from them too, but not enough complaints have come in yet to justify a full investigation to find out who and where this company is.

Per the 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act, it is illegal for telemarketers to call and solicit you on your cell phone. According to this protection act the law holds that solicitation calls can't be made to any service in which the recipient is charged for the call. Who knows, maybe we could all ban together and file a class action lawsuit against this company once they get exposed.

Maybe if all of us that are hounded by these stupid calls banded together and brought a law suit against the telephone company that issued these phone numbers that are used to illeagly harass people, then just maybe the phone company would be more responsive when people reported these unwanted and unwarented calls..  HOW ABOUT IT??

They call me at least 2-5 times a day. Because i have small children i have to keep my cell on at all times. Its so embarrassing when my phone rings, i go outside to answer only to have this same company call again and again (each time with a different number). I have pressed 1 as well a couple of times and when i advised the person that answers to put me on the DNC list, they of course hang up on me. I have even threatened this bogus company that i would report them to the FTC and they still call. I am so outraged that this is not only happening to me but obviously so many others something has got to be done. Isn't this illegal?

I called T-Mobile myself earlier today and they "claim" they don't sell their numbers. I asked, then how did they get mine if I haven't signed up for anything or provided my number to a company that may sell it? He did not have an answer.

The fact of the matter is, they won't do anything about it. Knowing I wasn't going to get jack squat, I simply asked if he could log my complaint and possibly even create a Feature Enhancement Request so their developers can take in to consideration the amount of telemarketing calls we consumers get and perhaps develop a tool to block these companies better, and he said no. At best he could change my phone number, but what's that to stop them from selling this one?  What a complete doucher. Makes me think really long and hard about switching companies.

I am getting sick and tired of these calls. I finally spoke to a person who is a warranty specialist and told her that unless you stop calling, I will file a law suit. She said there are multiple companies that are using the telemarketing services so if one gets sued, others will continue.

At this point, I don't care who gets screwed but I am willing to file a complaint for one of those companies and make them suffer.

Let's set up a website or something so that we can gather the victims and file a proper law suit against them.

Why and how are these people getting my phone number?  I don't have a car I wish i did it's hard to drive blind!!! And yes I did get someone to help with this message, not that I don't have a computer.

These guys just called me for the 100th time. They've been calling for months. I pressed one and asked them what I can do for them to stop calling me, the guy told me I would have to drop dead. I said excuse me. He said if you "pass away then we can't call you anymore". I asked for the address, and he said 666.. click. If anyone has their address please post it.

Everyone with a landline should put these numbers on automatic dial. Or if u dont need ur landline (have a cell w unlimited) answer n leave the line tied up. At least keep it from calling other people. I dont have auto redial for busy lines or id do it myself

I've been called by this place so many times.  I asked for their company information and the caller told me that they can't give me that, but they could tell me the name of their website.  He then told me that it was gotohell.com and hung up on me.  All I wanted was for them to take me off their list.

Not only do I get calls all hours of the day from numerous numbers, my wife and I actually get letters from them! If I knew there location it would be a bloody mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: It appears that the telephone number (502-565-1340) is based out of LaGrange, Kentucky. I contacted National Directory Assistance and explained my situation to them and advised to contact the Federal Trade Commission Hotline number in Washington,DC and file a complaint. The hotline number they provided is 202-326-2222 in case any of you guys would like to call also.

I got the same call from various ID's.  Here's the thing to keep in mind: although it's VERY FRUSTRATING, remember this is not a legitimate business.  It is highly likely these are phishers looking to get away with identity theft.  I doubt auto warranties have anything to do with the real goal of whoever is behind this.  If you do talk to them, TELL THEM NOTHING.  If they call you during free minutes you may have, you could press one and let them hear silence.  At least it would cost them a few pennies.

I was thinking of getting an air horn and blasting it into the phone.  Yes it is dangerous for the other person, but they are thieves and I have no respect for them.

I SPOKE WITH A REP. AND ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS LEGIT. BUT EXPLAIN THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY FOR A WARRENTY AND THEY ENED THE CALL, BUT A WEEK OR TWO LATER THEY CALLED AGAIN... WHAT'S UP WITH THESE PEOPLE...SOMEONE HAS TO FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE.
