I waited on the line quite a long time until they answered.  They ask me to verify my last 4 of my ssn first thing without identifying who they were! NO WAY!  I ask "who am I speaking with?"  She said something "Convergent Outsourcing" .  I said, "What is that?" She said "We are a financial company."  I informed her she didn't need to  ever call here again.  I'm an 84 year old man that doesn't have random  companies involved in helping me with my finances!  As I searched on the internet some say this is a collection agency which is all the more reason they have no reason to be calling me! She acted as if I was rude with an "OKAY I'll take you off our list".  Makes me ill... obviously trying to prey on the elderly... I'm going to further report this to the link that I was referred to by the National Do Not Call Registry ==> https://help.consumerfinance.gov/app/debtcollection/

This # keeps calling my70y/o father in law and asking for my husbands ex, they never give any information and they keeps calling back!!! I tried calling the # to tell them to leave him alone and it hangs up

Automated call from"Kelly Smith" urgent we speak with XXX pres one if your XXX after pressing one they go into having you verify information about yourself, then pulls up an old address that I have not had for over 10 years or so and trying to collect for an account I never had, told them to verify the information before calling again and then said that company would be contacting me directly.  This is a company fishing for information and trying to get what ever money they can from anyone that they feel is an easy target.

Keeps calling but leaves no message!
