This was a pre-approved call. I was asked on a previous call, while waiting on a Humana rep, if I would take their survey a few minutes after my call was completed. Well, it took so long for the survey call back , I had forgotten they were going to call. There was no name on the ID, just the number and it wasn't recognized.

Oh well, their loss. Displaying the caller ID would cost less than all the missed survey opportunities.

Got 2 calls from 502-964-7547 and both times they hung up on me. If this is humana and they want us to participate in their survey; they should not hang up on us. It does get frustrating answering the phone only to be repeatedly hung up on.

I absolutely agree with you that Humana should have allowed their name to be shown.  I, too, have been receiving this phone number on my Caller I.D. and have not answered due to not knowing who the caller is.   All companies should have to display their identity.   In our household, if it doesn't, then you they don't talk to us.  If it's important enough to call us, it should be important enough for us to see who you are without answering blindly and being caught by a solicitor or someone.

I did sign up to complete a survey for Humana, but when I saw the 502 area code, I didn't know who would be calling me from KY. I agree with previous posters that Humana should add their name to the caller id.

This call was an automated phone call from Humana Health Care, checking up on the services I had received 30 minutes earlier by phone today. It was by no means a threatening call. The Kentucky number on my Caller ID threw me for a loop and I neglected to answer the call the first 2 of the 3 calls within 10 minutes. If Humana wants to send out a telephonic survey, they should pay for the Humana name to be shown as Identification.  Now...that much about Humana is not good business.

I ignored this call twice because there was no caller ID.  I'd prefer more openness from Humana as opposed to the over-protective legalese.  One's interest/attention can wander while waiting for the "disclaimers" to be completed.

I picked up twice and got nothing, then it just hung up, i actually have humana and think its stupid to want me to participate in a survey, and they can't even answer when i say hello?
