Got the same call. Read your post and filed a complaint with the FCC in compliance with the new robo call rules. Hope others do the same. I also blocked the area code from calling my phone.
I use the DIGITONE Call Blocker. I got it at amazon and now I have 99% of my phone privacy back. I now have all 800, 1-800, private callers, unknown callers, non-profit, toll-free and 28 area codes blocked. It is worth its weight in gold.
I hope everyone takes the time to file complaints against these scammers.

I waded through the process and asked to be removed over a month ago. And they called again. On Oct. 16th, 2013 the new law went into affect. Telemarketers now must have prior written consent to call you. http://newfccrules.com/ for information.
You can ; Put your number on the Do Not Call List, file a complaint, sue them and win, download an app that blocks telemarketers and reports their number to the attorney general. A free app is Privacy Star (talked about on Fox News online).
This stuff will eventually slow to a trickle as businesses learn about this law.
