Ross! Please don't leave the USA. We need guys with your awesome sense of humor. There are so few of you.
South America doesn't deserve you, Sweetie.
"Card Member Services" has a ton of different numbers they use. My suggestion? Get a bull horn and bellow into the phone. They hang up immediately. Call me back anytime, Asshats!

A robo-call from Card Member Services promising to lower the interest rate on my credit cards. I started to mess with her but she hung up. I know this rip off scam. For $1,000- they will write a letter to your credit card company that you could write yourself.

multiple nuisence calls from "Google Phone"

Numerous calls from 503-457-1049.
They appear to be soliciting to consolidate credit card debt.
Best way to deal with them is to show interest and then tell them that you have to go and get your credit card statements and just leave them holding without ever returning to the line.
Maybe if enough people do this, it will slow them down.
