This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

I got a call from this number but I didn't recognize the number and don't now anyone in that area code so I didn't answer. I have gotten a few calls always in the morning around 8 am. I'm sick of them calling. I have noticed 5 different numbers from that area code call me. I won't answer any of them and they never leave a message. It always says no name. Sorry no name I don't answer it. I'm not taking a chance and get scammed.

I've gotten calls for the past couple days. File a complaint like I'm doing. Maybe something will be done.

Got six calls from this number just today, they've called me multiple times everyday for the past month...

no, nothing on craiglist but they call several times a day, offering me a free alarm system.

I get the call two or three times a day.

Got a call from this # on my cell this morning? "Astoria, OR".
No message. It will join my list of numbers belonging to "Acme Crap Spam" in my cell's address book? which has a silent ring attached to it.

I am so annoyed at this number.  I rarely answer because they call while I am at work.  The 2 times I have answered  They say "how are you? I am Tom from Home security."I just say I am not interested or please add me to your do not call list and then hang up.   it would stop for a few weeks and then it starts again with a different guy this time...UGH.  Just figured out how to block it on my sprint account...we will see how that goes...

Four to five calls a day from these SOB's.  But the frequency of their calls is actually increasing. It used to be only twice a day a couple of months ago. They hit my old fashioned answering machine and click. or sometimes they hang on for 10 seconds or so and then hang up. What a sleazeball outfit. I have filed at least 5 DNC complaints on this outfit alone over the past 3 months to no avail. I wonder if anyone actually does anything at the DNC complaint center.

Two calls this afternoon from 503-468-5227.  No message.  I am on the do-not-call list, so this must be a computer generated call.  But what's the point if you have no idea why they're calling?

I use a free app called called Mr. Number.  You can block calls or texts by choosing to either sending the call to voicemail or to pick-up and then Hang up the call.  Once yu block the number the app does this automatically.

OTO Group appears sometimes on caller ID. Calls come 2 or 3 times a day all week and weekend.

This number kept calling, so I decided to answer it, and the man wanted to give me a free home alarm system if I would let him put a sign in my yard. I told him no and told him to remove my phone number off his calling list. So hopefully he won't call again.

I have receiving phone calls from this number.  I do not answer it because I do not recognize it.  I am on the do not call list.  When I signed up, it said the numbers should be reported!  Who do we report them to.  I get tons of these type of calls.

I get phone calls several times per week...I have never answered and they have never left a message. I believe this is an Oregon number and I'm in California. They called as late as 11pm and as early as 8 am...very annoying but I just keep ignoring them and hope they eventually stop...

So I told them to put me on the do not call list and they stopped for awhile and now they are back at it again!!! i again pressed 1 and told them to call me and still getting calls 3 times a day every day every 3 -4 hours. there has to be something we can do!!! I'm sick and tired of this... its harrasment!!!!!

I have never listed anything on Craigslist or put my cell phone number out there but I have gotten many calls from this number. I just ignore them. I'm not going to let them know that they have reached an active number.

Called my cell and hung up after about 2 rings.

Filed a complaint with DO NOT CALL. I file EVERY TIME I get one of these!!!!

Yet another nuisance caller

Call several times a week usually 3 times a day... really annoying... I too told them to put me on the do not call list. worked for awhile. but now less than 2 month later im getting calls again.. wtf!!! anyone know how we can get harrassment charges against this person or something. It doesnt stop and now im thinking im going to have to change my number that i have had for the last 7 years
