They called my Google Voice number, which is unpublished and forwards to my cell, grr.
When I called it back the message said "This is Ann from Surveys blah blah and the time for the survey has expired" and I had an option to press 1 to be permanently removed from their list, so I did.
I don't know if would have been a legitimate survey or a scam.

Just got a call from 503-468-5935. Said it was a political survey this time. Last time I called it was to have my interest rate lowered on a CC I don't have???????/

Seems most of these complaints were in late 2011. But this "scam" is still circulating and the number is the same although I think they also are using a variation of that number. Both mine and my husbands cell phones are called by similiar numbers around the same time.

There is a Ryan Dubois in Oregon who has a female accomplice. This person is a narcissitic sociopath and has been scamming people their whole lives. Called 6 times in a row one call from Ryan Dubois 5 times with caller ID blocked. This person uses caller ID block contastly. IF you find Ryan you will find his accomplice who is one dangerous individual.

I got a call from 503-468-5336, was not at home and they did not leave a message. I am reporting this to the "Do Not Call" registry.  I think this is the same group who calls from various (according to the id) areas telling me I can lower my credit rate.  We have been getting the recorded messages for months.  I file a complaint every time I get one of these calls.  Hope  they can catch them and put them out of business.  Jerks!

Received a call from this number on 9/19/11 and prior calls.  Received a call today 10/3/11 from the same number and name Ryan Dubois.  Reference credit card interest rate lowering but must have at least a $3,000.00 + to qualify.  Press 1 to speak to a live agent and press another number to remove number from further phone calls.  At least 72 hrs beforrem it can be removed.  By pressing 1 a person does get on the line statin g a name and as soon as I say that I am not interestedm in any credit card
rate but want someone to remove my number and immediately they disconnect the call.  Calling back to the number that is on my caller ID as 503-468-5336 a recording saysm thank you for returning their call and if I wished to be removed from further calls to push 3.  Nothing else is said.  I have repeatedly did this at least 4-5 times and it gets sickening.  I am on the national do not call  list and I cannot figure out how my number keeps popping up.  I do not sign anything, I do not request anything and I do not give my naame or phone number to anyone I do not know.  I do not like those calls or junk mail
which I receive very very little of.

I got the caller id  of 503-468-5336  Ryan Dubois and never hear of that person and I looked up to find out.  Glad that was a scam.  I refused to call back.

NO Ryan Dubois on CID, just Astoria, OR. Pressed 9 to talk to a "Rep" and burn a little of their time. they must be snagging a few suckers or they wouldn't keep it up. For all the good it will do, I reported the call to the National Do Not Call Registry.

that's the bad this about telemarketers, they stole this number from some girl out in Gorgia, rerouted her number with a scam company based in India...those Bas#ards did it to me to,  talke to double outsorcing, we need to talk to our legislature about this one.

Got a call from this number at 1:23 on Sept. 30 and when recorder came on he hung up.  Caller was Ryan Dubois.

they have been calling me for years--different names--numbers-cities--I do belive this Ryan Dubois' phone is being used by someone without his knowledge--DNC doesn't work--I've been reporting the same numbers since it started--still getting calls --all recorded--all illegal

go to the 'do not call registry' and file a complaint they will be fined then shut down

Automated credit card interest rate scam.

This is just one of several numbers that used for whatever company is calling. But they all give the same spiel about reducing your credit card interest. I have answered once and pressed 2 to get my number taken off the call list. Instead some one came on the line and started talking. When I told them what I wanted, they hung up.

I file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry every time they call-- if they receive enough complaints, it will flag an investigation.

Did the same.  So annoying. My caller ID didn't even say a name, it just repeated the phone number.  When I answered , after having them call me several nights at 7 pm, I stayed on the line to try to get a rep to take me off the list but they didn't even answer.

Caller ID said Ryan Dubois.  I picked up and got a recorded message, something about how it's their final attempt to contact me regarding my annual credit card review and they've sent me several courtesy notices and then it cut off.  Whatever.
