This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

There is no reason to just give up.  We can take back our country and government.  We just have to stop listening to the politician and the thumpers who fund them.  We have one thing the rich don't....the majority of the votes and if EVERY citizen would register and vote for a 3rd party candidate we'd scare the beejubies out of them.  I happen to like Ralph Nader because he doesn't want stupid laws passed (such as the seat belt law) and wants citizens  to have the tools and information to make informed decisions.  I don't happen to believe in religion but if you want to pray in school you should be able to and if you don't you don't have to.  We need to pass laws that allow people freedom to live their lives.  Gov should get out to the business of marriage and let the churches take care of that. Instead EVERYONE get a civil partnership license.  As long as you of age then you should be able to do what you want as long as it doesn't harm anyone else or intrude on their lives.  Companies need to pay their taxes and the Fair tax would be great.

Why doesn't Google do something about them.

Seems to me they are overcharging us on tax dollars to PAY for these programs but yet they say they have to CUT BACK on services. They seem to enjoy our tax dollars for vacations (many of them) and pay raises (that they do not even have to vote for to get). So where does this leave US? In the dog house! We should ALL refuse to pay taxes until we get what WE want! They can't jail EVERYONE! Maybe they can forcefully take our money, but it will take them some of our money anyway to pay those at the good ol' IRS to issue tax warrants, and go after our bank accounts. They might get our money but we'll make them WORK for it! Meanwhile, it MIGHT send a message that "hmmm... EVERYONE IS PISSED AT US! WONDER WHY?! Should we actually DO our jobs they elected us in here to do?!?"

If you continue to get calls from this or any other strange phone call, go to the National Do Not Call List website at www.donotcall.gov. Register any numbers you want included. Before you can list a complaint, the numbers you register must be on the list for 31 days. So, when you get these calls, keep record of them all, anything said, or if it was a dead air call - anything! When day 32 comes up, go to town! List them all on the site by Registering a Complaint. They maintain a database of these and investigate them. This should help you reduce the amount of junk calls you get.

thanku for this info and i will do this.  They are calling us wanting to list a business in their google directory - idots this is a residence and NOT A BUSINESS for one thing and then yes when u call the number back they want you to input your tn for supposedly to put on the do not call list - uh i don't think so i believe its their scam way to 1) get your phone number for sure to 2) know they now have a live person to continue to harrass. jerks.

Received three hangups from this number in three days.  Sounds like an automated dialer because there is no background noise before the hangup click on the other end.

The call says it is coming in from Astoria, Oregon.  They don't leave a message.

Thank you for posting this.  We have also received several unnecessary calls from 503-468-5548 and the Google Data Compiler.  Both are relentless callers.  Do waste your time accepting calls from either.

I spoke with Karen, who filed a report and told me to call the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS NUMBER at - 1-866-966-7226 and file a complaint with them as well.

Well, they just called again, a little after 24 hours later ... recognized the number, let it ring three times and the machine answer; they hung up after the recording said hello.

Somebody please stop these scam artists from interrupting everybody's day, calling home phones, cell phones, ...

I was on the treadmill when they called I was waiting for a very important phone call, so I stopped the momentum and got off they hung up and did not leave a message.  Will never do that again.

The company claims to be called "Citation Development" but refuses to say where they are located when asked.

And no message.  Must not be too important
