There is an easy solution to this scum bothering everyone. Simply write or phone with accurate and truthful information to YOUR LOCAL TV STATION'S consumer advocate. The TV stations answer to nobody as far as investigation. THEY DON'T GIVE UP. They will realize that they will be heroes in the eyes of THOUSANDS of us if they stop CARDHOLDER services and Rachel. PLEASE give it a try. It will take only ONE such station following through that will stop this for us. They KNOW how to get things done. They know how to help people. In addition, their viewers will increase a great deal.

I just got off the phone with these lovely people, having BS'd my way into actually being permitted to talk to a "senior account representative" by feeding the sale rep a fake credit card number (google "Graham king credit card numbers" to find a page of randomly-generated invalid numbers with valid CC-number format. Use with any random card exp. date and fake name).

The "details" of their offer are that they're going to charge $600 to your credit card, based on the promise of saving you at least $1,200 in interest, by allegedly lowering your interest rates to some absurd amount like 0.9%. So, $600 up front, but "savings eternal". Yeah right.

Having BS'd the rep into thinking he was about to close the sale, I asked him for the company information...and he gave it to me! LOL.

Call came from Portland, OR to Kansas at 10:39 hours CST on 1-26-12. Call not answered. It dropped to voice mail, and a w/f gave some name and babbled on about how much money you could save in interest by using their service.

The caller ID actually said "Card Services". Their number of answered-by-a-human to number of calls dialed must be -0- for 50 Zillion.

Don't even bother blocking this number.  They switch numbers on a daily basis so they cannot be tracked.  This is the same "credit card services" company that has been harassing me for about a year now.  The message does say you can "press 3" to speak to a representative.  Also worthless.  Four times I've asked to be removed from their list since I have no credit cards.  The 1st time, they hung up on me.  The 2nd time, the lady laughed and said "you can't make us stop calling you bi***", and hung up.  the 3rd time, the man said "we'll keep calling you and there's nothing you can do about it!", and he laughed and also hung up on me.  The last time I asked to be removed, the lady simply said "no", laughter was heard in the background, and you guess it, another hang up.  These people are vile scum and it terrifies me to think of the elderly that are falling for this trap.  They keep calling, so obviously their tactics are working with some people.  Vile, vile scum.  What a shame we cannot be protected from scum like this.

Have rec'd. calls on home phone, cell phone.  I was even in the hosp. one time they called.  Both phones are on the do not call list.  Lot of good that does!  All calls are re: lowering your interest rate!

I keep getting calls from card services and when I press 1 to talk to someone they hang up on me as soon as I begin to complain. I am going to the store to buy a blow horn, next time I press 1...well I just hope they have something plugged in their ear. I may not be able to fix the problem but I will begin to relieve some stress.

Received a call from 503-563-0081 at 12:30pm PT on Fri Jan 20 2012. Recorded message said it was from "your credit card company" saying it was important that I contact them regarding lowering my interest rate, and to press 1 to talk to an operator or 5? to not be contacted again.  I've received a call from these people before and obviously '5' didn't work, so I pressed '1'. I got a live person and she asked "Is this with regard to lowering your credit card interest rate?"  I replied that I'd like them to put me on their do-not-call list please.  She said "not a problem." and hung up.  I confirmed a few weeks ago that all of my numbers are on the national do-not-call list. I suspect from the above complaints that this is just a company ignoring the national list and fishing for information.

They call weekly from different numbers; same message.  First a robo-call.  No company named.  Then if you hit "1" you get someone who hangs up immediately when you ask to be removed from their list.  I have reported them to Do Not Call countless times.  It does no good.  I am beginning to think the Do Not Call registry is a scam too, since nothing that is reported is ever followed up upon.

I get these same calls, and when I tell them to remove my number from their list I am just hung up on, I will call back ask for a manager they hang up...so finally I kept them on the phone for almost 30 minutes about my credit cards and told him I had 3(we have 2) and gave him a semi high but realistic amount, so he asked me what my current interest rate was on my credit cards...so I told him...0.00%...he got very angry with me and yelled at me "well I guess I cant help you then huh"...I yelled back "great now will you finally remove my..." line went dead once again. The calls stopped for about a week then they came in full force, as if they are purposely being abusive, and harrassing us. We get about 3 calls per day...so now I just keep my home fax on, and only pick up the phone if its a friend or family member. You can complain to the FCC and the FTC, and also with your stated Attorney General. You can also go to the National Do Not Call Registry and file complaint there as well...Good luck....we should all get together and file a class action law suit against this company...or find out who the owner is and start calling his home repeatedly...

I am sick of this telemarketer robot calling from different numbers. This time from 503-563-0081. It says: "This is Rachel from Card Holder Services. Currently there are no problems with your credit card. If you would like speak to a live operator to discuss reducing your credit card rate press 1 now. If you would like to be discontinued from further calls, press 3 now." Believe me, I've tried everything. It is now in the hands of the FCC. I want them to pay and I want them to pay dearly!!!

It might be possible to find the company through this Oregon State web page for licenses.  Could be a business license or Consumer finance business.  Some of the searches allow a by city lookup (Gresham).  I would bet the listed phone number used in the application is not the same as their call center number. http://licenseinfo.oregon.gov/index.cfm?fuseaction=holder_search

I've sent two complaints to the Federal Communications Commission, each listing phone numbers, dates, and times of the calls.  The FCC responded with a form letter each time.   I'm now sending my complaints to my two senators and my representatives.  If they cannot find the loophole that is allowing these electronic terrorists to slip through there is no hope for modern society.

People, the reason they won't remove you from their call list, the reason the DNC won't help you, and the reason this keeps on is because these are off-shore scam artists who can "spoof" any number from any phone so that you can't block or complain about the number or company that appears.  All they need is ONE uninformed person to give them their credit card information over the phone to pay for ten of thousands of robo calls to you and me to make their scam work.  

Until legislation is enacted by your elected representatives to force ALL telecommunication companies to block known off-shore scammers through the technology that all these companies possess, we are all potential victims of fraud at the worst and continued interruptions from Rachel (who BTW does not exist).  Call your congress person and senator as well as your attorney general each and every time you get these scam calls!

Received a call from this number at 10:16AM and I knew right away who it was but I like to play along 'cause they DO NOT remove you from their call list when requested.  We got as far as asking for my address verification and when I said "You tell me what you have for my address and I'll tell you if it's correct" then she hung up on me. I told her I had a Mastercard with a debt of $12,000 on it (which I don't) and she started in with my name but got the zip code wrong so I'm wondering where they get their info from 'cause that was a zip code that has been updated for about 15 years. I did notice, however, that the area code was from Oregon this time (are they closing in on me, I live in Washington)?

I have been called numerous times and have requested to be taken off their list 3 times, but they still continue to harrass me.

I received a call today from 503-563-0081, second call this week and pressed 1 to speak to someone because their automated system to remove numbers is useless. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, the phone was handed to someone who began the conversation by simply saying what in a not to polite way. I told them that I wanted them to stop calling my house and he said NO. I informed of the DNC list and the federal regulation and the response was ?I don?t give a damn, we will keep on calling?. What a group of idiots, I bet I have 25 ? 30 calls from them in the last 3 months.

This company calls me weekly even though I am on the do not call list. When Iaske the telemarketer on the other end of the line not to call me they just hang up on me.

It was an automated message talking about lowering your credit card debt.  I pressed 0 to speak with an operator to have my number removed from the list.  an angry woman responded with "I want a million dollars, can you provide me with that?"

Who are we reporting these people (??) to by using this form?  Seems this complaint form may come directly from 503-563-0081, the same knuckleheads calling us.  Why has nothing been done by the law makers?????  I WILL CONTACT MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ADD TO THE LONG LIST OF OTHER COMPLAINTS~!!!!!!!
