I've gotten a number of calls from this number...it shows up as a land line out of Stafford-Sandy, OR . I'm sure that is NOT the actual location of this caller.  They use many numbers, in many states, including mobile numbers to call from. The Illinois Attorney General's office says that they are an international credit card scam, but as they are operating off-shore there isn't anything they can do, at this point, to shut them down...or stop the calls. Calling back to the number is pointless, as it will just give a recorded BS message about some 'no call registry'.  

So what I have done is every time they call me on my cell, I add then to my contact list under SCAM....and give them a special ring tone. At least it keeps me from accidentally answering their calls.

I get calls from them about every few weeks and when I answer who ever is on the other end hands up.  Some times they ask for someone but the name of the person changes.  they must be searching for someone.

This number calls me on my cell and home all the time. I have pushed 1, then I start to tell them to put me ont he Do Not Call list and they hang up.

This is a bunch of crap already. It seems like this DNC list is a big farce.

These people are vulgar and rude.  I can not believe all the calls i get from them, I file a report every time and still nothing.  Wish there was something else i could do

Automated callthat formerly had the option to press 2 to remove your # from the list which I did last month. Today there was no such option so I pressed 1 to speak with a representative. He asked if I pressed 1 to find out about low interest options, I replied "no, I'd like my # removed from your call list", and he hung up.... My # has been on the do not call registry for over 6 months.

Received a call and hang up.

Called saying they were my card services holder & wanted to lower my credit card rate (fraudulent call).  I pressed 1 to speak with a rep. When they answered, I asked to be removed from all call lists & distribution lists; they immediately hung up on me.  I called the number back & it asks you to press 1 to have your number removed from calling lists.

My phone is on Do Not Call Registery, yet someone from this number and/or area code keeps
calling to lower my interest rates.  If I were intereste in such a thing  I would call my credit card company!  This harassment needs to stop!

Caller ID shows Life Insurance but the call is another from Rachael from card services. I am so sick of getting these calls as I'm sure everyone else is too. I've been on the DO NOT CALL list for 10 years but it doesn't help with the calls everyone is getting lately. I've turned them into the Federal Trade Commission and that does no good either. We all need to get our representatives to write legislation to stop this crap.  the morons in Washington have such low ratings now, maybe we would think more of them if they could stop this telemarketer stuff.

Received a call from 503-563-0168.  I didn't recognize it so didn't pick it up.

I have been getting calls from this number for months.  I've followed the automated system to remove my number to no avail.  Today, I decided I'm going to press one and see what happens.  The "service agent" not only wasn't prepared to take my call (chatting with co-workers, didn't know I was on the line) she was rude.  When I asked what company she worked for, she said to her co-worker, "this dude is straight up trippin'" and hung up.  No fo realz girl friend you is fraud sista!

They said press 1 to be added to the Do Not Call List but did not identify their company.  I have seen this DD Serve Com on my caller ID with other numbers.
The recording does sound funny and very unprofessional.
If we all report them to the DNC Registry every time they call us...maybe they will get fined.  Isn't that how it should work?  They break the law and get fined?
All of a sudden I am getting daily calls from companies like this.  Not sure how my number got out and is being sold to criminal organizations trying to scam people.

I've gotten calls from 503-563-0168 and 503-902-8252 on my cell phone.  They'll stop calling once you answer with "do not call this number again" then blow a whistle in their ear as loud as possible.  Just get a regular, cheap one from the sports section at any store.

Got a call from this number.  Pressed "1" and asked to be taken off their list.  The lady hung up on me.

Listened to whole recorded message - rather threatening - "We've tried to contact you several times and this is your last chance." something about lowering interest rates on my credit card and must have a balance of at least &3000. Press 1 to speak to a friendly customer service representative.  So I pressed 1 and a man answered and asked if this was in regards to lowering my credit card interest rate. I replied in a cheerful voice, "Is this a friendly customer service representative?" intending to request that my number be removed from their list. He hung up. I called back and the recorded message said to enter the phone number that you would like to be taken off the call list.

Uh, no. I hung up.

Received a call from this number, when I called it back; it said that it was the national do not call center.

I get this call about twice a week. It is an auto message telling me they have important info about my credit card and I can lower my financing rate. I just hang up.

I keep getting calls from this company, I have asked several times to be removed from their database but they just hang up. I am pretty sure this is a phishing call. Whatever you do, don't give them your credit card info! I will keep ya posted on any more that I find.

This is indeed a fraudulent CC company.  They want to steal your credit card information and sell it to the highest bidder.  They have called my land line and the caller ID says "phone scam" apparently Century Link is on to them, but can't do anything more to help their customers than that.  This is my umpteenth call on my cell - I just don't answer it anymore.  I wish the Do Not Call List had some teeth......

SCAM:  Attempts to "sell" oyu a new credit card with lower interest rates.  DO NOT ANSWER CALL!

I'm tired of getting all these phone calls from recorded voices who want to consolidate my debt and lower my credit card interest rate.  They are annoying, and I have better things to do with my time.  I also have no credit card debt !!!!!  How can I get my name taken off these lists????

I fell for it too.  I left a voice mail with them and like a boob I gave them my cell number.  I also said they had better not be bogus because if they are I'll hunt them down.  I'd better not get another call from them.
