I just recieved two calls todays.. @1:07pm and at 8:06pm..
First time I picked up... NO one answer...
Second time... did not picked up...

This number calls consistently - first cell phone, leaves no message, then immediately calls my work phone, no message. I picked up twice and it's silent. I felt gutsy one night and called it back. I swear a girl picked up the phone and acted confused "what? hello?"...I was silent and then hung up. Someone said its Wells Fargo so I don't know why the person wouldn't answer professionally when I called back. And why don't they leave messages if they are Wells Fargo. Annoying.

Wells Fargo calling and acting like my mortgage payment is overdue when it's still 8-10 days before the printed due date on my bill (and I ALWAYS pay it on time). Wells Fargo calls from 503-614-6501 and from 515-324-9377 every month acting like I'm delinquent on my payment, trying to get me to pay over the phone for an additional $20 fee so they can "process my payment right away and avoid a late fee". All they're trying to do is rip off their customers for an additional $20.
Wells Fargo's own website says the following, "Telephone scams: Unless you initiated the contact, do not give out personal information over the telephone. If the call is not initiated by you, always ask for a call-back number." I quoted the above to one of the jack***es who called me when he asked for my name and checking account, credit card, and employment info. The Wells Fargo rep then proceeded to come up with about 5 lame excuses for why I should just give him the info over the phone anyway even though I hadn't initiated the contact with Wells Fargo and he refused to give me a call back number where I could talk directly to him again (highly unprofessional...) Needless to say I gave them none of the info over the phone.
Apparently Wells Fargo is such a poor joke of a company anymore that they have to resort to scamming and harassing their own customers in order to pay their own bills. It's pathetic really.

This is Wells Fargo Collection services for Loans.
Well Fargo has a policy to send collectors even if the loan is late 1 day. In my case the loan had been paid but not processed by account payable.
Wells Fargo is a horrible bank with deficient services.
