This number has called my cell phone several times around 8am. I've never answered & they've never left a message. I tried calling it back once, it rang endlessly... I guess their scam is off on weekends. ;) I did a Google search to see if I could find out who is calling, (I don't know anyone in Oregon) & found this site. From what I've read & experienced they're sure persistent! I'll give them that! Ha-Ha.

Its not Vacations To Go. Its Vacations Services, a robo call for a new travel agency in Overland Park and Topeka KS.

Mine says it is "William", but yes, exact same message.  Free trip to anywhere in the US.  GRRRRR

I use an app called block'em, I get the call once and after I block it, never again :)  

Got a call from this number purporting to represent a new local travel wholesaler business -- Preferred Travel Network -- in a town a few miles away. When I asked for the address of the business, the woman said it was in the Hampton Inn. When I asked for a local phone number to check the validity of this "local" business, she started to give me an 888 number. I stopped her and said I wanted the local number, she said she only had an 888 number. I hung up. It is clear this Oregon scam is NOT a local Pennsylvania business!

i keep getting calls from 503.715.1440  how do I block this caller?

I have received this call from this number for about 2-3 weeks now probably 3-4 times per week.  Today I thought I should go ahead and talk to a representative to have my name removed from the list but after waiting for 2 minutes I could no longer stand the music while waiting for a representative so I hung up.  If they call a couple times, that is fine but this is way too frequent and I am thinking UNLISTED is the way to go (yes, I still have a landline).  But will that work?  Cell phones are typically "unlisted" and I am reading a bunch of comments about them calling cell phones.
If they call again, I will speak to a representative and voice all of these comments as well. HA!

I keep getting the calls from Golga Clark also while I'm away, never leaves a message. I just tried calling it and got a busy signal. So annoying!!!

got a call from this number on my CELL. ID showed "Oregon call." Robocall saying  "This is William, from Vacation Services."  Just won a trip for 2.  We have some property to show you.

Got a call from GOLGA CLARK  #503-715-1440.  I didn't answer it and no message was left.  I researched the name/number because I didn't recognize it and figured it was another pesky caller who doesn't care who's on the "DO NOT CALL" list.  These people need to be caught and sent to jail!

I, too, am on the No-Call registry. It may stop some calls, but it doesn't stop them all, so I never answer numbers I don't recognize; especially those with 'Unknown' or just a city and state in the Caller ID; or my favorite - 'Caller ID Blocked', like I'd ever answer one of those.

Today - same as usual for this number.  No voicemail left.  Caller ID says Portland, OR.  These calls started right after hubby switched us from AT&T to Verizon.

I received a call from this number, a recorded message  I couldn't Identify the name of the company since it was mentioned at the very beginning at petty fast, but it was something about Travel Services; then came the offer, saying that I have won a free Caribbean cruise with some choice of destinations. Then it asked to press 1 to speak to a representative or 9 to be removed from their list. It was 11/15/13 at 9:49am Eastern Time.

DNC list does work...but it can't account for you subsequently, unknowingly, giving a company permission to call you. Ever enter a drawing on-line? Get a new credit card recently? New cable service? There 100's of ways for you to grant permission.
