here's how I got rid of them...Got tired of tom the robot calling.  I told him i just bought the house and needed alarm system. some local security company called and I set up a bogus appointment.when they showed up never bothered to open the door.Let them get a service call fee from tom....They use his services, they are as guilty as far as I am concerned. I'll do it again if they call.if more people did that, tom will cease to exist.

Frequent caller - must be political or telemarketing!

I have been getting calls from this number every day for the last couple of weeks. There is never anybody on the line. Just dead air.

Robo Tom is seeking answers to questions - do not give any info.  This is NOT a legit biz because they call out of Oregon, but when I ask where they are calling from they say Californnia. Legal limitations exist for problems you may incurr from con artists operating outside your own state. Furthermore, a legit biz would stop trying to earn my patronage after months of unproductive calls.

Call the number back, hit the 1 key and, be removed from their list

ALSO DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK. THAT JUST VERIFIES YOUR NUMBER IS VALID AND THEY WILL KEEP CALLING.

I called the number, pressed 1 to be removed.  A month later they still call me.

Just call the number back, and an automated message gives you an option to have your number put on the do not call list, by pressing 1. Simple as that folks!

Several calls a day......I'm on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"  for what good that does.....STOP CALLING!

Do not answer the call, but call the number back and a recording comes on... to no longer receive calls from this marketing company (it's for home security systems) PRESS 1... Hope this helps

i called back the number until a recorded message picked up. it took a couple tries. i hit 1 to be added to their do not call list.  hoping it works.

very annoying... every day they call... and from different numbers also.  I actually talked once to them and they try to sell you home security systems.  I even went as far as to tell them I don't own a home and I live in an apartment and they asked me "can I speak to your landlord" and I said "umm the landlord doesn't live with me"  LOL   I wish these people would find real jobs .... they would make more money working at McDonalds ... and they would at least be making people happy and not annoying everyone :D  haha     Call came from Salem, OR.  503-902-8287  they also call from 920-560-2495.

I get a call from this number and another 503 number ATLEAST once a day.

A few more calls....now another number they are calling from 212-987-6543. I too am on a DO NOT CALL LIST! Who is giving out our phone numbers?

If you call the number back you will get an automated message stating that you can press '1' to have your number removed from their call list.

I get calls from this number a couple times a day. I tried calling back one day and it's a robo saying: "Thank you for calling us back....." blah blah.....I hung up. I'm wondering if this is why I'm getting some kind of charge for $9.99 on my AT&T bill. Silicon Investment. The first month AT&T automatically deducted it from my bill before I even noticed it.....today I had to argue that I have a simple phone and I don't download apps or music. No kids handle my phone either. Could this be related?

I have asked these people at least THREE TIMES to take my number out of their system. I'm on a no call list.

This is what I do.  First, they are trying to get your phone number so be sure to turn off your caller ID.  If you can't turn off caller ID, don't ever call them back!!!  They will just harvest your number and sell it.  Then, I just start calling them back over and over.  My theory (can you tell I've been called once too often :)?)  is that this will simply gum up their system.  I have noticed if I call them 30 times or so that they notice because they try to eliminate me as a caller.  One time a guy answered and said that my call could not be completed (like it was a recorded phone company message...hilareous).  In essence, if we all did that this kind of approach would fail quickly.  Pass on the thought...take back your phone!

This # has called my cell phone FIVE TIMES this week.  When I have picked up to insist they stop calling me, no one was on the line & it disconnected.  I should have some option to stop this!

I get a phone call about once a day from this guy (Tim I think) from Home Protection Services.  Doesn't matter how many times I tell him I'm not interested and to stop calling me but he continues.  I tried contacting BBB to file a complaint but I couldn't pin down the company since it doesn't agree with the call origin.  I'm on the Do Not Call list so that must not be working for me.

This number has called me three times in the past three days. I won't answer unknown numbers.

I too am on the do not call list but I continue to receive calls from this number, everyday, even when you stay on the line and ask to be removed, they say we are sorry and will remove you from their call list...but never do. ANNOYING

They have call six times in the last two days. They hang up when I answer or the answering machine comes on. I am on the do not call list.
