got it too 503-937-0048 tried calling and some mexican guy answered and blah blah blah who knows what he said!

Dropped the call since I am roaming, glad to see it wasn't important.

I've gotten calls from this number a few times and everytime I don't answer because I don't reconize the number. Today I got another call from them so I called it back and it was busy on the other end. Not sure who it is.

Just got it on my BlackBerry.  All in Spanish, no habla espanol.  Is it possible to add a business cell phone to the Do Not Call list?  What if it's one provided by my employer?  Can I do that or would they need to do it?

didn't answer call... tried to call back, but call failed.

Just got this call on my cell. Missed it, but no message was left.

Got a call from this number yesterday(9-16-08). Dead Silence then someone yelling in Spanish. Called back but just busy signal.

This number appeared at least 5 times on my cell phone caller id. Finally answered at 6:05pm pdt. They asked for me, by name, and claim to be Education Decisions located in Florida. When asked where they got may cell # which is a company phone, wonder how they got my name ??? Said I, or a family member, had requested info on going to college. As I am 56 and have a BS, most likely I did not request any info.  Supervisor "Jason" would not provide any contact information for the company, etc. He finally hang up on me.

I received two calls from this number, no voicemail - no answer when I tried to return the call.  Caller ID show INTL. CALLER but it my area code 503

Ok I will try to solve the big mystery for everyone. This in one of the numbers that shows up when someone calls you using skype (free or very inexpensive internet phone service). 95% of the time the number will show up unavailable but I had this number show up once when someone called me from a skype phone. Must be a computer glich or something. That would explain the calls from all regions of the world. Foreign telemarketers taking advantage of American technology.

Called twice and hung up...annoying!

Received a call from 503-937-0048. No one responded when I answered. Tried calling back and received an error message "Call Failed Try Again". Tried several times with no success.

I have received two calls from this number - No voicemail was left either time.

Just got called from this number... it sounded like VOIP and his accent sounded East-Indian.  Said he was from Debt Consolidation I think... sounded like his name was also "Dick".

I'm in Portland as well, so the 503 number looks normal...until no one answers the phone on the other end.  Callbacks fail.  I've had 10 calls from this number in about an hour, and had all kinds of crazy scenarios going through my head until I did this search.  Glad to know it's just a scam and not my kid in the ICU...

This idiot is an a**hole and calls me four of five times a day trying to sell perscription drugs.  This guy should be shot!

I received a call from this number.  It was a man with a heavy Asian Indian accent claiming to be from the IRS and I was going to get $8,000 in tax free money.  All I needed to do was go to my local Western Union.

i just got a call from this number asking if i wanted to answer a poll...weird, it was some creepy raspy voice

I got weird misscalls once in a while from this number, and when I dial back, the operator says that this number is out of area, and cannot be reached at the time

Got a call 503-937-0048, the man is from India said I owed them money from 2005 for a loan with quick cash advance.I owe nothing...scammers have my info! I have been getting scams from all these guys that are from India stating I need to speak with an attorney from loans taken and paid off in 2005. I tell them by law they need to mail me the bill info...they never do. I believe they are connected to 904-425-9141 and 343-729-0397... look those numbers up to get details to protect yourself!

Got a call from this number this morning on my cell phone, and it was a recorded message in spanish.   My number is unpublished, so I don't know how they got it.  I live in Beaverton, Oregon.

No answer on the phone from the person/machine.
I told them to call back from a different phone because I couldn't hear them.

that's really weird. i just got a call from this number at 5:07am portland time. (i live in new york) The message said this "hey girl, it's me. i need you to call me on monday, it's really important". and thats it. but i have no idea who it was..when i try calling it back theres an error message. strange, that all these other people are getting mysterious calls from this exact number.

This caller called at 1:00pm today.  They didn't leave any message but the number showed on my missed calls.

I live in the Portland area but this is not someone that I know.
