Keep getting this call about "Life Alert" frm JOHN --and how I will get it free--no cost for shipping, etc. ALL I have to do is agree . NOT INTERESTED--NEVER CALLED ABOUT IT--and have got about 5 calls since May from this #. On the DNC list--and let the voice mail answer--don't want to talk w/anyone--just don't want the calls!!

This call is a pre-recorded message that tells you of a free "Life Alert" type devise. All they want is your personal information! When you press "1" you finally get a real person who gives you a hard time about opting out of the offer. You are told that YOU opted in to the offer. Just tell them No, no, no 3 times and they are supposed to take your number out of their system. That's the way is it supposed to work with LEGITIMATE telemarketers.
