I just received the same phone call on my cell phone which they have called my number before stating this was for some other person and they called from this number, but this time they are calling from a different phone number of 208-391-7727. I don't know who these people are, but I am going to report them because I am really getting tired of getting these calls. This is the third time they have called the first time was a woman/automated, then a man/automated, and this time the same woman/automated different phone number, but this time gave my last name from what it sounded like. They called my husbands cell phone the previous times as well for the same lady. Sounds like a scam to me since you can't charge someone with anything especially when they haven't received anything in the mail. What a joke. I don't answer unknown numbers cause if you do that is how they ping your phone and rack up charges.

I just received a call from this number on my work phone. It was a recording that asked for me to call 504-535-5869 back and ask for the legal department. I have no clue what this but I thought I would Google it. So it is a scam....I hope they do get caught because this is serious!!! PISSED OFF!!!

I have received calls from 3 different numbers but the same message. I finally called back today and was told they were Jones Investigations. They have my first name right but not my last, I didn't correct her. I was then asked for my SSN I told her I was NOT giving her that until she told me what this was about, SHE HUNG UP!
SCAM!! Then on my way home they called again! I have BLOCKED all 3 numbers now.

Have gotten several calls from this number with supposed summons that will be served to home or place of business... for a name I've never head of.    Decided to answer one instead of leaving go to voice message and it is just the recorded message.   Sure wish they could catch these people and prosecute them ... block number but they just change their number and call again.

Both my husband and I have received a call from this same number twice on our cell phones. We don't answer calls that we don't know the number and it went to voicemail. Yesterday it was a woman and today it was a guy stating about a summons and being officially notified. They are asking for some lady that I have no idea who she is and we have had these cell numbers for years. I would like to know how they got our cell numbers to begin with and why they are leaving a detailed message like that if this is in regards to a debt or anything. First off that is in violation of any type of collection as they are not allowed to leave such detail over a voicemail. I am not about to answer the phone especially since I am reading that this is a scam. I don't want them somehow charging stuff under my phone number just by me answering the phone.

They change phone numbers every 5 days to keep from getting caught. It's some man and his girlfriend running this scam. I gave up with law enforcement help as the numbers are spoofed. The government needs to take over and NOT allow phone collections. Needs to be by certified mail or court only and this crap would stop. These idiots threatening to get people fired for payday loans need their hands broken. #1 most of us never had the loans to begin with #2 how are you suppose to pay a debt if fired.  

This is a SCAM, don't give them any information!
