Bill colectors nothing more. Not a law firm or anyone important. They are scammers. If you pay them, your money wont even go to your Bill. They dont even get permition from the ceditor to do this.They will lie about anything to get what they want. Rouch milligan telemarketers. I never answer the phone when they call and in the message the guy is very fustrated. "Its funny" Best thing to do is use a fog horn in the phone when they call. I did this once and i think the guy pooped his paints.
